The city of Grand Rapids requires a minimum lease period of one (1) month to rent the entire house, so daily short-term rentals are not permitted.
This is a beautiful home that you will find to be charming, comfortable and relaxing--a perfect place to stay for a business trip or extended stay in Beer City, USA!
The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a full size bed.
The house has high-speed cable internet. The TVs in the home are smart TVs for your favorite streaming channels.
