"L'hôtel est idéalement situé à proximité de l'autoroute M2 et de la ville de Gravesend. Le personnel était poli et serviable, et la propreté générale de l'établissement était satisfaisante. La chambre était confortable, avec une literie moelleuse et un nécessaire à thé/café. La salle de bain, bien que petite, était bien équipée, avec une pression et une température d'eau correctes. Le restaurant attenant est agréable, abordable et offre un service rapide."

"Let us down big time, trying to book a wedding after party here, strung along saying yes we can do this and confirmed menu options and how many people. Speaking to them through email, tried to called but never answered, messaged at the beginning of june. Confirming all the plans. Today we called only to be told that august is the busiest month and over 350 people a day in august, I’m surprised as customers are never guaranteed especially this day and age. They couldn’t afford to shut the kitchen down for an hour for us. They’ve just lost £800 booking and food and drinks on tops which WAS guaranteed. Waste of time."

"It is hidden from road by an old boarded up pub! Not good first impression. However the hotel was clean, comfortable and staff were accommodating and welcoming. The bed was amazing. There is disabled parking. The water pressure was lacking in the bathroom which meant shower took longer. Limited toiletries provided but i took my own. Breakfast was good."
