Downstairs you'll find a full sized kitchen, full sized bath, separate laundry room, and a sitting area that has a full size pull out sofa/sleeper. Over 975 square feet, larger than most apartments in the area. It's actually your own little house. The owner lives next door, so you and your belongings are safe and secure. There is no "early check-in" without prior approval from the owner, and an early check-in fee will be assessed."
