Avis : Mercure Sydney St Leonards

Cosy and huge room. Nice balcony facing the sunset. Food was great too.

Best suited for short trip, business travellers. What you would expect from a Mercure.

New name is now Mercure Hotel. Bus stop is across the hotel and just a few stops away to the Metro and Trains. A bit dated bathroom, our shower drains super slowly. Very spacious room though. Cafe on the ground floor also served good food and was convenient.

The rooms are stinky and it’s not same room as shown in pictures. It’s 4.5 stars rating in google or trip.com but you can realize once you stay there, misleading stars. The front desk lady was so rude and didn’t help us to refund our money for the second day, over all it’s terrible place because it’s not base in reality.

A great stay, was pleasantly impressed by the quality of the hotel, its rooms and public spaces. Will definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it to family and friends.

The location is good, there is a Coles nearby, walk around 15 minutes to there. The receptionist at front desk is inadequate, which we had to wait for 5 to 15 minutes for check-in or request for extra supplies. And the room soundproofing is poor.

Clean and convenient. Had everything needed for a short stay.

Front Desk staffs were very helpful and happy with their service. Unable to comment on the food since we did not have it in the hotel. Will definitely recommend my friends if they go to Sydney for holidays even though is not that close to the train station.

Buen servicio por parte de personal de recepción, restaurante y limpieza. El desayuno muy bueno. Tiene buen wifi, y la cama tiene el mejor colchón que he tenido en hoteles en mucho tiempo!! Aire acondicionado sin problema, proporcionan agua de cortesía y sleepers. Nevera pequeña y caja fuerte gratuita y plancha. El único inconveniente es que la parada de metro ST Leonard’s se encuentra a unos 10-15 minutos caminando. Cuesta arriba es complicado con maletas pero es todo bajada a la vuelta. Con el metro se llega perfectamente al centro y al aeropuerto. Por calidad y precio, si siguen así puede que repita.
