Katie's Corner - Spacious Stylish Holiday Cottage, 3 Bedrooms & 2 Ensuite & Pets

Welcome to Katie's Corner cottage at Greetham Retreat in the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds, this is our most spacious luxury holiday rental that sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms plus infants in cots. Also benefiting from two modern en-suites, one has a large bath and separate shower. Katie's Corner has flexible arrival days. The open plan living areas have quality leather sofas and real oak furnishings and floors. It also has a large flat screen TV with wall mounted DVD player and a DAB radio. Just off the living area, the kitchen & dining area is spacious and well equipped. The kitchen has plenty of cupboards and large work surfaces and benefits from having fully integrated modern appliances, like a ceramic halogen hob, full size electric fan oven, large microwave, upright fridge freezer and dishwasher. The dining area has a large real oak dining table with 5 leather dining chairs and a breakfast bar and 2 stools for more casual dining which is also perfect for the kids. Two bedrooms are on the first floor and a third bedroom is on the ground floor. Upstairs one bedroom has a double bed and the other has zip and link beds and can have either twin single beds or be made up as a super king size (6ft) double bed. These bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with large bath, separate shower, hand basin and WC. The ground floor bedroom also has a double bed and its own en suite shower room with hand basin and WC. The ground floor bedroom is ideal for guest with limited mobility. We have recently upgraded and replaced all of our beds with new hotel quality luxury pocket sprung beds, the bed linen is luxury (400 thread count) white Egyptian cotton, and large hand & bath sheet towels are also provided. All bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen TVs. Up to 3 pets are welcome in this cottage. It also benefits from a partially enclosed courtyard patio area with outdoor tables and chairs which make it ideal for al fresco dining, pre dinner glass of wine or simply enjoying that leisurely morning coffee.
