Excellent stay, staff friendly, hotel was spotless, rooms fantastic, breakfast good. Nothing to complain about at all, would definitely recommend and would look at premier inn availability and cost in the future first, before booking anything elsewhere.

Staff very friendly can't remember names, when we checked in Saturday 1st March so ladies on the desk were lovely, same ladies in restaurant at night all excellent and that's good for us to say as we are fussy 😉, room was lovely and clean and very quiet will ask for the room again when we vist. Thanks ladies 🙂

We stayed at the Premier Inn as we had a family wedding not far away. We extremely enjoyed our experience and Jamie-Leigh was such a great member of staff. Nothing was too much trouble and she went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you so much.

On our trips from Aberdeen to the East of England, we always try to stay somewhere new. Catterick is a good place to use as a base to explore the area. Comfortable hotel, and very helpful staff. Highly recommended. Local shops are but a short walk away.

Comfortable bed, friendly staff and reasonable quality (but expensive) food available in the lobby restaurant. Sadly, everything else is tatty and in need of a full refurb. Including the rooms, which have noisy, struggling aircon, creaking floors and, almost the worst of all as it creates the most frustrating impact on business and personal communications - absolutely horrendous WiFi connection (an utter rip off, even at £5 per 24hrs) with poor stability and slow, intermittent download speeds. Not a good experience for the price of a room. A pity, as I have stayed in much better Premier Inn locations.

We had a very welcoming and tasty breakfast. Thank you to Danielle and Staff. The food was well presented, well prepared and anything we wanted separate was dealt with and with minimal fuss. The dining area was clean tidy and had all the necessary condiments with a choice of English or continental breakfast options along with tea,coffee and fresh juice.

Great breakfast and fantastic service from both danielle and izzy, thank you. We were there for a business breakfast and were treated very well and welcomed into the hotel with smiles and great information. Will definitely be back soon for another.

Stayed 29/01/25 and had room 320. Usual Premier Inn room although some repairs are needed in my room which was disappointing. Paint flaking from toilet ceiling and desk needs repaired and in some mess, which is very unusual for Premier Inn.

Situated within lots of shops and food outlets ,but was still quiet .Lovely big clean room .Staff were great and friendly . Good choice for breakfast and a good menu for the evening meal though simple . Buses stopped close to visit Richmond or Darlington .Also plenty of taxis available .
