房間有點舊，燈是壞的

Standard room with clear signs of lack of maintenance on doors... nothing that good regular maintenance could solve, but apparently that is not the case here. Small bathrobes and towels, I am an average person 1.65/66 kg and the bathrobe felt small for me, same the bathroom towels, more child-like, I can imagine how a taller person would feel. Regular buffet breakfast, nothing out of the ordinary, something you can find in any other average 3 star hotel. The property has an attached restaurant that is owned by them (according to what i was told) but managed by someone else. It turns out that they rent the place from Thursday to Sunday for events with live music that ends until after midnight. The place is not adequately soundproofed and the hotel, being small doesnt help, so, basically you feel like you were in the actuall party rather than in a quiet hotel room ready to rest/sleep. Enough to say that I couldn't sleep until the event was over around 1 am, this after a long and tiring day of activities. This is something that the hotel website does not warn you about. I wasnt the only one to rise a complaint because of the noise, other guest did it too without success. Staff was non friendly non empathetic with the situation (and in general), leading more to the feeling of not caring at all for their guest, only dismising the situation with an easy way out of "we are sorry" The check out process... it was degrading!, never in any hotel (within Mexico or abroad USA-Asia-Europe) had I been treated like this. When handing over my key to check out, I was asked to remain in the front desk for a few minutes until the staff could verify that the room, in fact, did not present any damage, that the bathrobes were there and that I, actually did not consume anything from the minibar (despite the fact that I had confirmed at the time of handing over the key that I had not done so) once they received the "ok" I was allowed to leave the facilities. It was humiliating. I have never been treated like this in any hotel. Definitely a place to which I will not return or recommend to anyone.

Well appointed boutique hotel in very good location.Easy access to major sites. Friendly & helpful staff. Welcoming bottle of wine was appreciated. Nice size room.Opted for breakfast included which was worthwhile. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Great customer service, the entire staff is polite and kind. It is a small property hence the experience is personable. Great location, easy access to all points of the city. The rooms in the back of the building are quiet, great for people that are looking to rest. The reason I gave this property a three start review is the use of the word LUXURY. The decor is posh and modern. The hotel lacks cleanliness in the rooms, amenities and overall experience. The entire place is in desperate need of a remodeling. Our room had a distinctive stench that came out of the bathroom I believe is a combination of poor plumbing and lack good cleaning. I had to ask the maid on our floor to help us get rid of the problem. She came and sprayed the bathroom with an atrocious cinnamon spay which only masked the problem. I asked her to bring me detergent and bleach. I cleaned the bathroom and poured bleach on all drains to get rid of the problem. The cleaning of our room was mediocre. The coffee mugs were not replaced or washed. Breakfast included was ok. The fruit, bread an cereal bar provided a great assortment. They also offer good a la carte options. The restaurant next door is good. The room prices are good so yes, I believe I would return back but now I am fully aware this is not a Luxury Hotel.

Square Small Luxury Hotel provided the best service I've ever had in Guadalajara. I want to start by recognizing Mauricio, who helped me arrange the transportation from the airport to the hotel. I want to recognize also the best bellboy ever... Mr Guillermo, he went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. We got to the hotel super late (at 2 am) he greeted us and told us that they were waiting for us. As soon as we got our rooms, he offered to go get us tacos since we were hungry we agreed and grabbed tacos for the 9 of us. He also arranged the transportation for the 3 days we were there and made sure we had the best experience. Square Small Luxury Hotel tiene el mejor cervicio que me han brindado en Guadalajara. Quiero empezar reconociendo al señor Mauricio que fue con la persona que hable inicialmente para el transporte del aeropuerto al hotel. Quisiera también reconocer al mejor bellboy, el señor GUILLERMO, quien se aseguró de que tuviéramos la mejor experiencia en el hotel y en Guadalajara. Para empezar el fue quien nos recibió cuando llegamos al hotel a las 2 am. Cuando ya teníamos nuestros cuartos se ofreció a ir por unos tacos para las 9 personas que íbamos. Después se encargo de arreglar el transporte para los 3 dias que íbamos a esta en la ciudad y se aseguró que nos dieran el mejor cervicio también. El señor Guillermo de verdad fue muy servicial y muy amable con nosotros y por eso cuando volvamos a Guadalajara, que va a ser muy pronto, volveremos aquí al Square Small Luxury Hotel. Gracias señor Guillermo por sus atenciones y servicio excepcional.

Pésimo servicio en atención al cliente, Haces checking y todos están hablando en recepción de cosas que nada tiene que ver y se pasan todo el día en el celular viendo Videos en altavoz mientras que uno como cliente tiene que esperar. Las habitaciones nada que ver le hace falta mucho mantenimiento a los baños y las almohadas están muy duras o están muy blandas no sé qué tiene que ver esto con boutique Hotel

Camas comodisimas, la atención del personal muy agradable, nos regalaron una botella de vino, detallistas con la limpieza. Muy bien ubicado para recorrer la ciudad. Muy buenos restaurantes a solo unos cuantos pasos, la zona muy segura. Sin duda regresaríamos.

El Hotel es bonito ! Tiene un lobby moderno y nuevo. Los cuartos son modernos pero les falta algo, se siente sobrio. El personal es muy agradable y atiende bien pero le falta un poco de limpieza en la habitación, nos tocó unos pelos en la cama lo cual cambia la perspectiva. El gimnasio es malo, los equipos son muy muy viejos.
