J'ai réservé deux chambres ce soir-là et la télévision dans une pièce ne pouvait pas être regardée, alors oubliez ça. De plus, les problèmes suivants sont survenus dans cette salle : 1/ Le contrôle de l'éclairage dans la pièce tombait en panne et la bande lumineuse était toujours allumée. Elle ne pouvait pas être éteinte la nuit pour dormir. Il était nécessaire de débrancher la carte d'alimentation pour se reposer. Si l'enfant se couchait tôt, il devait le faire. Débranchez la carte d'alimentation à l'avance. Une fois branchée, elle se rallumera. Lorsque vous allez aux toilettes la nuit, vous devez allumer la lumière du téléphone portable. 2/Le téléphone fixe de la chambre ne peut pas être composé à la réception, du moins il n'y a pas de guidage clair sur le téléphone et il ne peut pas être connecté après avoir composé. 3/ Des commentaires ont été donnés à la réception ce soir-là. La solution proposée par la réception était de débrancher la carte d'alimentation et de dormir. Il n'y avait pas d'autre choix. Le soutien du personnel était incomplet et il n'y avait pas de mesures d'urgence. 4/L'incident s'est produit parce que les installations de l'hôtel étaient défectueuses et qu'il n'y a pas eu de crise de relations publiques pour communiquer avec le client pour trouver une solution. J'ai eu le sentiment d'avoir séjourné dans un hôtel injuste et il n'y a eu aucune réponse ni mesure supplémentaire de la part de l'hôtel. hôtel. Quoi qu’il en soit, je ne recommande pas cette option même s’il existe d’autres options.

The hotel is located just next to mall with lots of restaurants. The room is clean and bed is very comfortable. We will definitely stay again if we come to Nansha.

Very kind staff in the whole hotel, at reception everyone was speaking English (which is a big plus in certain areas of China) welcoming you with a smile. Nice and comfortable lobby area, with area for talk and meet , with free coffee available and the coffee was defined quite good . Room was big and well organized, with a good layout. I appreciated how clean everything is, new and well maintained. Location is very convenient, at the top of Unipark shopping mall, with broad choice of restaurants and a supermarket. Also outside there was a pharmacy and other shops nearby. And also that is a plus, because some other hotels in Nasha could be quite isolated, with nothing around. Gym is enough for cardio, with nice machine, but pretty much that's it. it was clean and well maintained. Some cons though : -The kitchen has NO equipments AT ALL, no plates, not even a pan, so basically it's useless. Free minibar : one coke and one sprite. that's it. maybe a soda water, a juice or a small can of beer could be consider. - The breakfast was poor. Little variety, old cheese, old overcooked shrimps, milk that tasted odd. I would highly recommend to upgrade the variety and quality . Even with some cons, it's definitely a very good stay, definetely recommended !

We have stayed in Modena with my family as part of our relocation phase to China. So this type of serviced apartment was the choice we were looking for. Hotel has just opened and management has secured that there are no issues. Facilities are brand new and the management is working well to sustain top quality of services. Location is strategic, however the road outside the venue being under reconstruction can be sometimes annoying. The lobby access by car is currently blocked by the mall management and this can be an issue especially if you come with luggage. There is a great drop off area in-front of the lobby so I am sure it will be soon accessible. Finally breakfast is not available yet at the premises, and is offered in a HK restaurant at the mall; would be nice to have the breakfast in the hotel. Our stay has been very comfortable. Appreciating both the level of facilities and the service given our personal needs, we have already extended our stay at Modena for another 5 nights

本來是去全季的，導航卻到了這門店😇。網上一看40多㎡的房間，便順便上來看了一眼，看了一眼便住了下來🤩。房間整潔，寬敞。風格簡明，素雅。服務熱情，周到。30元的早餐中西結合值得一提。工作人員還帶我們參觀了其他格式的房間，很喜歡兩室一廳。家庭出遊，親子陪讀，商務差旅，長租短住在南沙目前應該算是最好的選擇。退房前的房間有點亂啊，但不影響入住時的整潔。
