While the condition of the facility is not in top repair (3 light bulbs in the room not working, one glass panel cracked, shower door made cracking noise when opening.) The staffs are extremely helpful, answered all questions with suggestions. Able to arrange for a ride to the airport when our foreign cell phone is not able to do it ourselves, and help us paid for it in advance as the local didi service required. Had never found more helpful staff any anywhere.

The hotel though small is conveniently located as it is within walking distance to the metro station that leads to the airport. Stayed there for a night as my friend and I had to catch the first train to the airport for our flight . There are convenient stores and eateries nearby and we were spoilt for choice over what to eat.

Nice stay here. Everything good except for the floor. It was creaky and felt unstable below at points. But overall it’s nice there.

唯一滿意的就是前台的幾個小姐姐，態度都特別好，非常有耐心，也很細緻。但是房間衞生真的特別差，保潔阿姨一臉傲嬌。想多要一床被子，她直接把被單和被單拿過來，讓我自己套上😂，還説她沒地方套。你傲嬌也沒問題，但是房間衞生搞好啊，太臟了！都是灰塵。另外酒店離地鐵口大約10來分鐘的距離，如果有長者出行，不建議選擇這裏，地鐵口沒有電梯。酒店可以提供免費停車位，雖然都是邊邊角角的位置，但還是很方便。

枕頭每床有一個，冰箱空空如也，贈送兩小瓶水，電梯設施老舊，牆面早已發黴，窗子似乎兩年沒有擦過，因為我想給這個評價的是他的洗手間熱帶雨林，這麼噴的方法實在是有一些粗暴。簡單的兩個沐浴露，洗髮水，如果是雙床房，每個人早晚一次洗澡是要掂量一下下個人沐浴還夠不夠用。馬桶沒用，就是這樣子，我也無話可説，謝謝。特意的拍了照片，令人感受不到的是，我們被褥都已經有點潮。這是我真的不想評論，卻又必須評論他一次的住宿經歷。

前台服務很好，因為航班延誤到達的很晚，還貼心詢問是否要保留，到達後還幫我升級了房間，攜程權益睡到下午3點，不錯。

衞生真的很差，馬桶上有條毛這衞生到底有沒有檢查房間的，聯繫前台並沒有實踐性的解決問題 毛巾爛成這樣還使用。真的很不滿意
