La situation du logement est très appréciée car il est proche du métro et de la gare ferroviaire. Le logement perd un peu de ressemblance aux photos de l’annonce du propriétaire de ce logement car il n’est plus neuf et a besoin d’un rafraîchissement. Pour une personne simple et sans problème, c’est acceptable. Pour une personne compliquée, il y a beaucoup d’autre choix ailleurs

L'image est à titre de référence seulement. Il y a une différence entre la pièce d'origine et l'image d'échantillon. La pièce est un peu vieille et l'effet d'isolation phonique est médiocre, mais le projecteur est plutôt bon.

Hormis l'assainissement et l'équipement, l'attitude du service est toujours relativement bonne et réactive à toutes les demandes. C'est très bien🤔

La chambre était ok. Mais l’adresse indiquée n’est pas la même que celle où j’habite réellement. Je ne réserverais pas ici. Ensuite, je suis allé à l'adresse d'origine et je n'ai pas pu la trouver. J'ai appelé et on m'a informé que ce n'était pas l'emplacement.

Pas mal. Le transport est très pratique. Il y a un métro à quelques pas. Il y a aussi de nombreux commerces de proximité et des chambres spacieuses. Le prix est tout à fait convenable. Le patron répond rapidement aux questions.

Dans l'ensemble, ça va, mais il y a eu un petit problème avec la machine à laver.

We are extremely disappointed with our stay. Despite booking a non-smoking room, we were given a smoking one. The room was filthy—there was a half-used water bottle, cockroaches in the room, toilet, and even at the check-in counter. The electronic door couldn’t lock properly, making it very unsafe, especially for female guests. The fridge was completely spoiled and looked like it hadn’t worked in ages. This homestay is highly unhygienic and insecure. Stay at your own convenience if location is your priority.

Location is good, very close to Guangzhou East station. Do not try to use exit B1 if travelling with large/heavy luggage as there are basically only stairs.. a lot of them; try and use the exit for the high speed rail. Not the easiest to find as the apartments share a building with a hotel. There is no signage showing you where to check in - you'll need to contact the host first via Wechat, where they will provide all the information. You can probably get by with communicating in simple English, but having at least an intermediate level of Chinese will get you a lot further. Only major issue I had with the apartment was that the fridge didn't work and released a very toxic kind of smell whenever I opened the door. I was too lazy to report it, but something to be aware of and report early if you also have that issue.

The hotel is conveniently located near Shantou Old Town, with easy access to restaurants and convenience stores. The cleanliness and service were acceptable. However, the bathroom door design was unusual, as it served both the shower room and the toilet room. This meant that it couldn’t close both spaces simultaneously, which was inconvenient.

The location is OK because it’s near the railway station. it’s not clean at all but on Chinese standards I would say it’s OK. If you are foreigner I would advise to look for some other place if you’re not used to staying in China. There’s an amazing view from the room so that’s a big plus .

Just a bit hard to find, call to get the exact location and save time as the name doesn't represent the building name. Close to the station for quick layover stay and canton tower visit while no hussle in getting to the airport early morning. The host was very accommodating in mid night check in.
