服務員的服務非常好，熱情周到，專業，培訓有素。房間設施細節也都非常用心，燈光，插座都很人性化，洗手間還有涼衣繩。衞生間堪比四星，五星酒店，有智能馬桶，整個衞生間非常乾淨，吹風機非常好用。硬件和周邊環境略弱，走廊環境較差，房間略小。總體體驗不錯

來到酒店門口，感覺很驚喜，門頭上有衹超級可愛的貓，走進大堂還有一衹站的更惹人喜愛，必須打卡合拍，前台接待很熱情的打招呼，甜甜的笑容讓人很舒心，辦理入住的時候還問了有沒有什麼需要特別注意的，很貼心哦，而且房間是提前開好了空調，進入房間整個人感覺神清氣爽，房間簡單舒適，衞生很乾凈，採光也不錯，第一次遇到房間有放4瓶免費礦泉水呢，還有一點，行李比較多，工作人員送我到房間，體驗超級棒，以後出行住城市便捷肯定沒錯👍

翻完了所有差評做好了心理建設最後訂了這家酒店，懷着僥倖心理不可能所有問題都讓我遇到，結果：睡着覺被前台打電話吵醒；整夜雨打鐵皮滴滴答答；不知從哪裡傳來的男女***；房間就一張凳子還有搬來搬去的噪音從四面八方傳來，關門聲、走動聲……我都懷疑這個牆不是水泥砌的，就是合成板吧。為了抵禦噪音我一直聽中央電視台音樂頻道維也納夏季音樂會，要是女高音吵到其他房客我這裏先賠禮道歉。不過我這個房沒有對着街，所以馬路聲和唱K聲比較沒聽見，看來雨打鐵皮聲、***、馬路聲、唱K聲是隨機分配的啊。床估計是給以前的人玩壞了我一個不到100斤的人坐上去嘎吱響；我算是不太挑剔衞生了但地上的確好臟啊，剛進來還濕噠噠的。還有，空調直對着床吹，製冷一陣一陣，一下熱到你出汗，一下冰天雪地，而且吹到鼻子好癢，最後我衹能頭腳倒轉了睡，這樣好歹風吹不到頭了。
這酒店唯一的好處就是交通比較方便吧，但坐地鐵還是要走一大段路，到地鐵站已經一身汗。如果您是那種在外面玩到深夜回來倒頭便睡、什麼都吵不醒的人，或者就是想利用酒店的窗户紙隔音效果，**********，這酒店能住。反正我是不會再來了。

City Convenience Hotel (Guangzhou Kecun Metro Station Haizhu Wanda Plaza) is an unusual combination of affordability and functionality. The hotel is located in a convenient area of the city, close to the metro and large shopping centers, which is beneficial for those who want to move around Guangzhou quickly and without extra costs.
The rooms are simple, without frills, but clean and spacious enough for a comfortable rest after a long day. I especially liked the shower — the water is pleasant and stable, which is not always found in such hotels. The atmosphere is calm, which I appreciated after busy city walks.
The staff is polite and ready to help, warmly answering all questions, which left a pleasant impression. It is worth mentioning the quiet corridors, which is important to me as I am sensitive to noise.

Room nice and clean. Room had a window on the wall. Bathroom clean. Cleaned every day. Breakfast local, fresh and tasty. Reception does not speak English.
