Hôtel propre très proche du CBD de GZ. Beaucoup de touches soignées telles que le siège de toilette chauffant. Il y a des problèmes ridicules avec l'hôtel, tout d'abord un seul ascenseur fonctionne pour plus de 20 étages, une attente pénible. Les femmes de ménage frappent à nos portes même lorsque nous avons un panneau NE PAS DÉRANGER à l'extérieur. Enfin, le téléviseur ne peut même pas basculer sur le port HDMI ? Comment peut-on regarder des films sur un ordinateur portable ? Même un téléviseur de 2005 est capable de changer d'entrée, maintenant nous sommes en 2021 et n'ont pas cette fonctionnalité ! Doit avoir de nouveaux téléviseurs !

Le personnel de la réception était sympathique et serviable. J'ai eu un problème avec l'eau chaude de la douche, elle n'était pas chaude, plus tiède. L'eau du lavabo deviendrait chaude, mais la douche ne deviendrait jamais chaude. Je n'ai pas contacté la réception car je n'y étais qu'une nuit et je n'ai pris une douche qu'une seule fois. Sinon c'est très agréable, très bien situé.

Walk to subway with multiple exists , in vicinity of miles & miles of young working adult retails shops & eateries . Trail end of major improvement , should get newly fresh room . My first stay in Hanting chain will book again

Convenient location, 10 minutes walk to subway station。Big shopping malls are within walking distance.
All staff are warm, patient, friendly and helpful. One of the best staff Mr Zhao even helped me with buying and activating a China simcard which caused lots of trouble for him, but he never complained. The hotel is clean and quite thought there are some work are going on. Surely I will go back again and also will recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to be treated nicely with respect. Thank you to the staff who have helped me during my stay.
