Le lieu où l'hébergement était situé était entouré de fil grillé, et la garde gardait l'entrée, donc je me sentais en sécurité. Si vous devez passer un jour près de l'aéroport, je vous recommande. Le service de pick-up de l'aéroport est très proche de l'aéroport et tout le personnel est amiable. Realize it's a bed and breakfast. So it's quaint but comfortable Pristine condition Very clean The beds are quite confortable which was a pleasant surprise It's a bed and breakfast And it's a short walk away from the airport which is extra convenient There's at least 3 major shopping plazas nearby with Supermarket for groceries, pharmacy and movie theaters These days you can pretty much have anything delivered from most venues so it's pretty convenient to be near most convenience stores and plazas The breakfast is made to order and pretty good better than your typical chain hotel stateside The personnel is very polite, attentive, considerate and helpful There's video surveillance and I had no safety concerns whilst there So given the price, I am happy to have stayed there, will definitely come back and recommend as well

L'hospitalité n'a commencé qu'à être nettoyée. Laissez les hôtes attendre normalement à la réception pour les procédures d'hébergement. Pour ma première chambre, l'air est sans état de roulement à l'extérieur d'une fenêtre dans un jardin intérieur, la vue ne doit pas être dit.... aller à la réception pour changer de chambre, une autre femme dirigeante et enthousiaste est beaucoup mieux que la première employée, mais elle peut rester en attente de la préparation de la chambre. Je fais mon séjour à presque 8 heures. Je dois vous demander: un hôtel 5 étoiles ne nettoie pas la chambre après-midi?Vous devez attendre l'invité pour la faire?

L'environnement et l'espace sont très bons, c'est-à-dire que le prix fixé sur le site Web ne comprend pas le petit-déjeuner et que le prix du petit-déjeuner est différent. Le prix par temps est différent dans Ctrip. Parfois c'est plus de 700, parfois plus de 500.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights. I was assigned room 304. Service - Everyone I interacted with at this hotel was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Some speak limited English, but it is fun to learn Spanish, so I like that part of it. Wait staff in the restaurant were all great. The security staff (always stationed outside of the front entrance to the hotel) were also great. Room - Room was large and super clean. Quiet. Super comfortable bed. Mini refrigerator. Safe. Great working AC. It made the room freezing cold, which I love. Great curtains that completely kept the room dark when sleeping in. Wi-fi was reliable and fast. Room did not have a view. Bathroom was fine. Adequate counter space for your toiletries. Shower water temperature got and stayed very hot and the water pressure was great, which I love. Hotel Information - The hotel has 109 rooms and five floors. Decent size lobby, with an ATM, little pantry for snacks and beverages near the front desk, restaurant / bar, business center, and fitness center. I did not have a rental car, so I am unable to comment on parking. Free breakfast buffet for Hilton Diamond members. Breakfast buffet was excellent with tons of fresh fruit, three fresh juice options, tons of hot and cold items, made-to-order omelets, etc. Due to COVID-19, they serve it to you, but it is AYCE. Location - I loved the location of this hotel! It is located in Zona 9 (one of the safest zones in Guatemala City). It is located one block off of Avenida La Reforma (one of the main boulevards in Guatemala City that separates Zona 9 and Zona 10). You can walk to restaurants (almost every US chain is within walking distance - Applebee’s, Burger King, Carl’s Jr, Chili’s, Cinnabon, Dunkin’ Donuts, KFC, McDonald’s, P.F. Chang’s, Pizza Hut, Starbucks, Subway, Taco Bell, and TGI Fridays). Great shopping malls are within walking distance (Avia Mall and Oakland Mall). Oakland Mall is beautiful, huge, and four floors. La Aurora International Airport (GUA) and Zoológico La Aurora are less than 10 minutes by car. Plaza España, Plaza Obelisco, and the many gardens, monuments, sculptures, and statues on Avenida La Reforma, Avenida Las Américas, and 7A Avenida are within walking distance. Most of my tours did not pick up at the Hilton Garden Inn. They only had three hotel options for pickup. One was The Westin Camino Real, which is only two blocks away in Zona 10. I used that hotel as a pickup and drop off for my tours. It was convenient. I highly recommend this hotel if your travels take you to Ciudad de Guatemala!

C'est la troisième fois que je dis dans cet hôtel, l'hôtel est très sûr. Les chambres sont très spécialement propres, les lits sont très conformes et la meilleure vue sur la ville de la Balconie. Je vous recommande cet hôtel, ses chambres spacieuses, un canapé et un lit confortables, une vue agréable, et vous pouvez tout trouver à pied, il y a un Burger King Just Oppp à l'hôtel 20 Meters, Nice Hôtels autour, Comme Del GeeGo, 20 Metres à gauche, PF Chang, etc.

Excellent location, agréable hôtel et les chambres ont une excellente distribution. Recommandable.

I've been a loyal customer, staying at this hotel on average twice a year for the past 25 years. Yes, that includes the period prior to the hotel being a Hilton. The last time I stayed I had an issue with the reception desk, but now it was worse. Turns out that I was ”upgraded” to a Jr. Suite, something I didn't want because most of the upgraded rooms face the loud highway. I explained that I preferred a garden facing room regardless of the upgrade, but they couldn't accommodate me because they had no availability of those rooms. So, I accepted the upgrade, but because the room wasn't ready, I left telling the front desk that I would be back later that night. I came back close to 9:00pm to find that indeed my room was facing the highway, but then the surprise...the room had no windows! Oh yes, there was glass where windows were supposed to be, but they were frosted or white. Needless to say, you couldn't see out and it felt like a cave! Well, it was late so I decide to go to sleep and deal with it in the morning. Morning came, I went to the front desk and told them how unhappy I was and that the room was unacceptable and that I wanted to leave given that they couldn't accommodate my request. Well, to my surprise they were going to charge me the penalty for checking out early. I explained that it was not my fault, that they should check with the manager. They then offered a room next to the elevator which I declined. Explaining that it was okay if they had no availability, and that I would just leave. No issue, those things happen and I would be back another time. I went back to the room to gather my bags came back to the front desk to check out and yes, the manager had said NO to my request to not charge the penalty so I had to pay the $25 plus tax. What a stupid move by the hotel, after 25 years, they had lost a client for $25. Amazing! Of course I will never stay at the hotel ever again and will do what I can to tell everyone my story.
