Very close to the Penshuishi metro line,just a few minutes walk ,round the corner and thus convenient.Breakfast was a good spread with noodles,porridge and some western like sausages, eggs and waffles.Fruits also a good spread.The late supper porridge was quite delightful and a plus. Opposite the hotel is an authentic restaurant selling local guiyang dishes.Staff were young ,friendly and you need a translator app if you don't speak mandarin.

J'ai été très satisfait de la température de la climatisation et de l'épaisseur de la couette. J'ai apporté mon propre oreiller. Bien entendu, l’emplacement est assez avantageux. J'ai oublié de prendre des photos de la pièce.

La salle de bain est séparée des zones humides et sèches. Le petit déjeuner était riche et délicieux. Du lait était également préparé pour les invités le soir, mais cela ne servait à rien lorsque nous rentrions tard. La chambre parent-enfant réservée peut accueillir 3 personnes et comprend 2 petits-déjeuners. Si vous pouvez ajouter un autre petit-déjeuner, il reflétera mieux le service humanisé. L'inconvénient est que le rideau qui sépare la salle de bain et la chambre laisse entrer la lumière lorsque les lumières sont allumées. . . Dans l'ensemble, le service de l'hôtel est satisfaisant.

One word to describe our stay at Maison Albar is spectacular. We received spectacular service, spectacular food and got upgraded to a spectacular room.
Our concierge Alex, greeted us with warm smiles and helped us with everything thing that we needed. He ensured that our stay was comfortable, checked up on us in case we needed anything and was always available if need be.
If I had to rate all of my stays in hotels throughout my life, I would definitely say that Maison Albar comes out on top. Their customer service is so phenomenal from the moment you enter to the moment that you leave. If I could live out of any hotel for the rest of my life, I’d choose this one.
We stayed here for an occasion - a birthday celebration. We received complimentary drinks, cakes as well as dishes when we went for their exceptional 7-course fine dining experience. Eric, the manager of the restaurant makes sure to tell you what you’re eating, makes sure that you’re comfortable and makes sure that you don’t have any needs because everything is met before asking for anything.
The room itself is meticulously clean, spacious they provide you with high end amenities, complimentary stocked up fridge and Maison Margiela products that leaves you with a naturally perfumed scent. I also love the the daily fruit, beverages and afternoons snacks that they leave in your room.
If you are still feeling peckish after all this, you can pop into their French bakery on the ground floor, just in case you wanted an extra indulgence. Also, please also try out their delectable breakfast buffet spread.

GGoh KCThe hotel is opposite to Guiyang North station. The AI butler in room could open/ close curtain, turn on/off lighting, air-conditoon, TV, etc with voice command. It even responded to Goodbye!
The breakfast is superb, facilities well kept and the bed is very comfortable. The staff work as a team to provide good hotel service. The young and service-oriented team always reach out with great enthuiaism and proactive initiative. That is the distinctive culture of the hotel. Special mention goes to manager, 黄珊 and 小周 who took extra effort to ensure and arrange for our transportation and tour needs respectively。The breakfast team ushered guests to table instead of leaving guests to work things out. DIY laundry services is free.
Based on our DIY travelling style in the last 3 decades in different parts of the world, the hotel is definitely on our highly recommended list.

PPetersonI really liked this hotel! First of all, I was so grateful that, even though I arrived a little before noon, the hotel managers allowed me to check in early with no extra charge. And I found them helpful and efficient and friendly (always greeting me when I returned each day).
The room itself was a pleasant change from what I'm used to. First of all, my room had no window. But I didn't even get bothered by that because the room itself has such a warm feeling. The floor is a dark wood that makes the whole room feel a sense of integrity. The decorations in the room also give a sense of old world elegance. For example, they put a 1940s style phone in the room (which is very clearly modern since it uses digital buttons instead of the rotary system) just to keep up with the entire theme of the hotel as a place stuck beautifully in time. The shower in the room was excellent; it even had a bench built into the wall that I suppose you could sit on. The shower had good pressure and a full supply of hot water. The room was a bit hot for me, but I suppose I could have called the front desk and they would have helped me adjust the settings; it wasn't too hot that I was uncomfortable. Actually, at that time of the year when Guizhou is so cold and damp, other hotels I had stayed at previously in Guizhou had the problem of being irreparably cold, so perhaps I should be grateful for this point.
I like the fact that the hotel has breakfast. I intended to try the breakfast but I got food poisoning from some street food the night before and didn't feel like eating anything the entire next day, so unfortunately I didn't get to try it... but it really looked good! They also seem to have a late evening dinner option, but I didn't try that either (I should have!).
The location is also excellent. I took a cab from this hotel to the history museum, Qianling Mountain Park, and the airport, and all were quick and cheap rides. Obviously a visit to Qingyan Ancient Town is going to be an expensive ride wherever you are coming from unless you're staying in Qingyan itself. Anyways, this hotel is also within walking distance to a lot of great restaurants. Just go out the door and turn left and within a few blocks you'll be in a food area with professional restaurants and street food. I, regrettably, was determined to visit Guiyang's famous ErQi Food street, so I kept walking. From the hotel to ErQi food street, it took me about 45 minutes to walk. Not bad! As it turns out, something I ate there didn't agree with my digestive system, so I should have just eaten at the many great restaurants near the hotel. But the point I'm making is that the ErQi Food street ”on the other side of town” was only about 40 minutes by walking. I could also walk to Yan'an Lu and other such streets or to Jiaxiu Tower (I walked right by it... only about 20 minutes from the hotel by walking). That shows what a fantastic location this hotel offers!

Mon train a été retardé en raison des conditions météorologiques. Au lieu d'arriver à 22h11, je suis arrivé à la gare de Guiyang North Railway à presque 23h00, le gestionnaire a répondu rapidement à mes messages pour voir que je suis correctement suivi les directions de l'hôtel, puisque je ne parle pas chinois et il était déjà tard à nuit. Il m'a assuré que le personnel m'attendait et que la chambre était préparée et réservée pour moi. Ils m'ont amélioré à une plus grande chambre + petit déjeuner complimentaire! ❤️

LLuigi CoStayed for 5 nights here. The hotel lobby is nice and the attendants were friendly. However, there is a bit of cigarette smell inside the lobby as some guests are smoking.
Location is good, its around 10minute walk to the nearest metro. There are bus stops within 10 minute walk too. There is a food hall just beside the hotel which is very convenient, and affordable too. The hotel is in a quiet area, and often not much road traffic.
We also had hotel breakfast here. They had lots of choices, mostly home cooked style food.. fried rice, eggs, vegetables, coffee machine, soy milk, noodles etc. They change some of their menu everyday. The lady making the noodles was also very nice and friendly.
For the room, we liked it. Clean and spacious. Bed was cozy. However the airconditioner was not that cold, seems it only reached around 24c.. which was just ok. Good thing is that the weather became colder on our 3rd night, so we just opened our windows. Shower pressure is also good. They provided us free water everyday, and tea..but no coffee.
Service was excellent and quick! It was also good that we can contact the service crew via wechat. Sevice crew were very friendly.
Overall good value for money and would recommend!

IInvité這次入住的體驗真的非常好！從入住到離店，酒店的服務都讓我感到非常滿意。房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全，還贈送有吧枱小零食，小朋友覺得好驚喜，特別是房間語音智能系統超便捷。衹需動口，燈光、電視、窗簾全聽令，小朋友直呼好高級，把語音智能呼叫了個遍。酒店的位置也很優越，交通便利，抬頭對面就是貴陽北站。下次再來，我一定會選擇再次入住卡爾頓酒店，特別稱讚酒店的“接送站服務”我真的給超級“大讚”，昨天晚上到站時間真的是很晚很晚了，依舊給我們安排了車子接站，司機姐姐幫我拉行李，又幫我牽着小朋友，一路的疲憊感，真的被熱情的服務融化掉了不少，早上的送站服務也是非常的準時又貼心，下車的時候司機姐姐發現我羽絨服後面不小心蹭臟了東西，還一直給我幫忙拍掉，還有前台小哥哥，小姐姐也是非常的熱情，昨天晚上急需要借用針線包馬上就找給我了，卡爾頓酒店的服務真的非常的專業、周到👍

TTherRaJ'avais réservé une chambre sans me soucier de la chambre. Je savais seulement que ”le lit rond”.
Qu'est-ce que je dois dire? C'était magnifique! Le lit était non seulement rond, mais aussi énorme et la chambre était plutôt un petit appartement avec une couche de cuisine, un grand canapé et une salle de bains confortable.
La situation (directement à une station de métro de la ligne 2) était parfaite pour arriver rapidement dans les différents coins de Guiyang. Avec son propre petit ”supermarché” pour les achats rapides directement dans le bâtiment et un magasin directement dans le voisinage, rien n'est manquant ici.
Donc, je n'ai rien à faire et je le recommande tout à fait 😊.

SScarletTheWanderer🏨 Situated 30 mins from the airport this is a little gem located right in the heart of Huaxi Shilihe Beach National Urban Wetland Park. 马娟 the manager was so nice and went out of her way to make me feel welcome.
I was upgraded to a suite which was spacious, had a lovely bath and the bed and sheets were luxurious. Unfortunately, the air conditioner wasn’t working so it was very hot in my room but the manager found me a fan right away which was perfect and I had a nice nights sleep. The hotel lobby and stairway could be a little more clean but the views were nice from the common balcony area.
🤩 马娟 showed me where I could rent a bike to explore the wetland park and made delicious recommendations on where I could get the local noodles that were soooo tasty I went back twice! 🥘 The restaurants nearby serve a lot of BBQ and many other places have KTV but it didn’t go on throughout the night. There is a little construction across the valley during the day as it seems someone is building a big resort but inside the room it was very quiet. It’s a 3 mins walk from the river and if you walk about 5 mins away from the little town it’s quiet and peaceful by the river.
❤️ I would recommend staying here if you want to explore a gorgeous wetland park in the city or if you want a little taste of nature before flying from Guiyang. It’s also very close to the Huaxi park (about 20mins walk) and Tianhetan park is around a 25-40 mins taxi depending on traffic and time and costs about 40-50rmb.

It’s an older hotel which was once very luxurious: nice wall paper, generous room layout, well appointed furniture, good comfy mattress, but sadly, it has seen better days.
The entire hotel needs a facelift and deep cleaning. Carpet stained and grime and dirt where all corners of all walls meet, accumulated from years of neglect. Shower smells bad and water does not drain. We were shown several rooms; all smell of cigarette smoke as none are smoke free (ashtrays in all rooms).
Plus points:
1. Excellent service from lady front desk manager
2. house keeping staff work very hard to keep up with the degrading rooms.
3. Linen very clean, changed daily and nice high thread count sheets
4. Housekeeping brings a tray of fresh fruits delivered to hotel room daily
5. Free self service laundry (no dryer)
6. Location is great
7. plenty of free easy parking
8. Many places to dine within walking distance of hotel.
9. Cheap
It’s a pity hotel management do not work on maintenance.
It has potential to relive its good years again with some TLC. Thank you again to all the staff who are so friendly and helpful. We had a room with huge windows facing the mountains. A little road noise but not bad when windows shut.
