這個酒店是我最近三年入住的最割裂的酒店沒有之一。 先説優點：好停車，進出都不需要前台報備。衹要停在酒店自己的區域就可以，猜測是進場後計費進入酒店區域等於出場不計費。服務員態度好，大廳有礦泉水和便民的小物件可以免費自取。我車停在停車場，打電話要求拿行李車下來，最後把我送到房間。 再説缺點：智能設計不合理，我住的家庭疊房，都在 9 樓，最先住的 9016，是雙層設計，樓上馬桶晚上發出幽蘭的燈就這樣亮通宵，把廁所門關過來結果是玻璃的。一個環變成一條線。樓下床是摺疊沙發，側面一不小心就要刮到手。樓上樓層矮，伸手就可以摸到天花。電話是融入智能面板的，打電話衹能免提，這意味着如果房間有人在睡覺你打電話給前台就會吵到到其他人。最影響本次入住體驗就是 10 樓是餐廳，早點 5:30 直接被轟轟轟有節奏的聲音（看視頻，把手機揚聲器貼近耳朵）吵醒，盲猜是廚房噪音，隨後還伴隨着拖凳子的聲音，然後就沒有休息了。最後經過實地考察，換到走廊另外一頭 9002 房間，實測凌晨 5:30 也是能感受到廚房傳來轟轟轟的噪音，不過相比 9016 好很多。 三説疑惑：第一天入住有一袋零食，第二天換房間就沒有了。第二天早上孩子不想起床吃早飯，我就想給孩子打包一些麪包和水果路上吃，餐廳經理説有規定不能打包。作為攜程鉑金會員也是見過世面的，第一次遇到早餐不能打包的千元房間的酒店。 四説表揚：離開貴陽回四川的路上接到電話，原來是孩子的聽力熊掉在房間裏了，主動告知並用順豐到付給我，比我還先到家，在這裏還是要感謝一下當天早上清潔房間的服務員和前台小哥，你們用行動捍衞了你們的職業操守，貴陽好人，點贊。
