Very convenient location at a reasonable price. The hotel is newly renovated but without the formaldehyde smell. Laundry room is a plus. Staff were very friendly and enthusiastic. I had problems with the shower but the staff sent someone to repair it asap.

We decided to stay another night here, mainly due to the strategic location and excellent customer service. Highly recommended hotel if you plan to explore the PenShuiChi 喷水池 surroundings.

3rd night staying here and every night was wonderful. The room is clean and comfy. They have free washer and dryer . The front desk workers are extremely helpful and cheerful. Strongly recommend to stay here

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, but what really stood out was the staff – incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They truly made me feel at home. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

Location is very near to metro line. Staff help to place my clothes into the dryer n message me the next day that she have place the dried clothes in the plastic bag beside the machine. Thank you very much.

As someone in my fifties this wasn't an ideal hotel. I didn't realise it was anime themed until after I'd booked it but the location and price was perfect. Check-in was simple and staff friendly and helpful. The beds are more or less mattress on a raised part of the floor which makes it a little awkward for getting up if you're not used to that. Nice and warm room with a good shower. Free laundry service. Excellent overall but more suited to younger people just because of the decor really. For a bolt hole in Guiyang near food and drink though it's perfect
