amazing hotel, right in the ancient city entrance and the customer service and facilities are perfect. The rooms are small but very comfortable and clean.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here and I must say it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The hotel provided exceptional service and offered a delightful culinary experience that left a lasting impression on me. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming staff Xiao Hu who ensured a smooth check-in process. Throughout my stay, the hotel staff exhibited a high level of professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care, making me feel valued and appreciated as a guest. One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding food offered at the hotel's restaurant. The menu boasted a diverse range of delectable dishes, each prepared with great attention to detail. From breakfast to dinner, every meal was a culinary delight. The flavors were exquisite, and the presentation was visually appealing. The restaurant staff provided excellent recommendations and displayed a deep knowledge of the menu, further enhancing the overall dining experience.

一次非常滿意的體驗，酒店坐落於青巖古鎮之中，位置雖然不太好找，但無論是開車還是打車，都可以直接進到景區之中酒店的地下停車場。整體建築佈局是古色古香的庭院，非常出照，無論白天夜晚都比較安靜。酒店服務態度非常好，會提前溝通行程以及一些注意事項，如怎麼到達酒店等。衞生十分乾淨，完全符合五星級標準，設施齊全，我個人覺得被子太熱了，晚上有點受不了，不過問了同行的朋友，他倒是沒這種感覺，屬於個人問題了

酒店就在景區北門入口進入後的左手邊，獨立的院子，獨立的地下車庫，開車最好導航酒店車庫，不然會尷尬的在路上不好調頭。到達前一天沒有接到酒店來電，回撥由於是攜程電話也無法回撥，然後酒店也沒聯繫了。到達後發現管理上還是有問題，一是前台服務人員少，小朋友搞活動帶去活動室的人都沒有；二是非酒店客人也在往裡走沒人管，這個也跟人手不足有關。客房服務是好的，入住有一間房廁所門關不上，聯繫了馬上就來修了。房間配置還行，冰箱裏面有飲料可以喝，早餐也還行，但咖啡機的維護差點意思，咖啡豆也一般。入住有一籃水果，各種配了一些。看得出來華住會旗下的酒店想做好的心有，但是管理需要加強，一些細節需要把流程規範好，管理層自己以住客身份體驗一下，可能會有好的效果。酒店po出來的水池實際上沒有水，總體來講差強人意，這個價格除了位置可以，其他的還要跟上。

非常非常不推薦！住酒店這麼多年，還真難見到1.1床的標間…不僅床小，房間也小，衞生間小到進出淋浴間都困難，洗手枱那衹能站一個瘦人。早餐品類少到離譜。也沒有任何什麼扎染活動…總之，這個老闆啊格局極低，極會算計！那麼大面積的院子完全可以把房間隔的大點，結果佈局的是密密麻麻的小房間，一邊收着高價，一邊又完全不捨得給品質。
