我訂的是大床房，那個床睡着特別舒服，有種慢慢沉下去的感覺，被罩也是每天更換，質感不錯。在酒店二樓有洗衣房，挺方便的。可惜沒有烘乾，吃完飯去觀山湖跑步來回不遠也不近，能接受，睡覺都感覺舒服多了。前台小姐姐也讓我體驗到了高效、專業且友好的服務。前台工作人員熱情接待並迅速解答了我關於入住和退房流程的所有疑問。他們的服務態度很好熱情周到

整體不錯，視野開闊
但是房間裏的洗手間總是有一股臭臭的味道，保潔打掃過之後仍然有味道，不知道是哪裡發出的。
面積夠用，能攤開行李箱
高峯期等電梯需要較長時間

價格很親民，到店後超出預期：裝修挺好的，乾乾淨淨的，交通位置比較方便，晚上的夜景也還挺不錯的。總體來説比較滿意

優點:温馨木紋色，兩張1.3米床一家三口合適，房間較大，衞生較好，樓下配套完善，各種吃的，吹風好用，洗澡熱水很大。
缺點:睡眠不好的人可以看看更合適的。

房間大小正合適，我一個女孩子，讓前台給我開離前台近一點的，好在小姐姐給我很大的安全感，直接安排她前台的旁邊，房間還有單獨的洗衣機，也可以自己做飯，樓下有超市，不小心把蔬菜弄到水池裡了，阿姨還很耐心的幫我處理好，樓下走過去一些還有一條小吃街火鍋羅鍋都有，一口的牛肉粉味道還不錯，酒店位置不太好找，建議來的姐妹找不到可以打前台電話，前台直接在樓上不在路邊，所以我也沒找到，好在最後前台小姐姐很有耐心，一點一點的給我指路，下次還選這家！

第一次入住，房間一進去就感覺很温馨，酒店的小姐姐們熱情，連保潔阿姨都態度很好，每次入住都體驗不錯，就衝著周邊吃得多，出門方便。一直想吃羅鍋，剛好樓下羅鍋一條街，晚上一堆燒烤小吃，這個房間和網上圖片沒差別，橘色調的剛好和秋天應景了。顏色我自己比較喜歡。
