Enjoy this beautifully renovated and updated pet friendly cottage 3 blocks from the beach. Entire property has been renovated with new appliances, furniture and landscaping. Three bedrooms and 1 full bathroom located inside; one full bathroom located outside on deck to use after a day at the beach. The carport and driveway have plenty of room for parking a boat and multiple vehicles. Backyard has a large deck with outdoor seating and grill. Backyard is fully fenced.
St. Joe Beach is a quiet and quaint beach community with the beautiful white sand beach 3 blocks away. All beaches in Gulf County are pet friendly so we welcome fur babies with prior approval. We enjoyed our stay here! The beds were super comfortable and we also loved the outdoor bathroom. Our dogs enjoyed the backyard and the very secluded beach! We definitely recommend and hope to be back.

Loved it! Location was perfect proximity to the pet-friendly beach. The fur babies had a blast in the huge fenced in yard. House was clean and well decorated. Beds were comfortable. No complaints. Will definitely book again!

Excellent, two night, stay here in St. Joe! The cutest house, extremely clean, and a great fenced in backyard for our two senior dogs. Kathy was responsive to any inquiries and the home was well stocked. Also-the sheets on the bed were butter soft! High quality for a rental! Thanks for having us; what a wonderful place to vacation!

Pawsitively Perfect
The property was a perfect place to stay with our pup. The large backyard offered a great place to play and enjoy the sunshine for all. And only a few blocks from the beach. The reservation, check-in, check-out process was so easy. Great neighborhood.

Wonderful property. Easy , no problem check in. Property was perfect. Clean. Comfortable and had everything you would need kitchen/cooking wise. Fenced in backyard is wonderful your pet. Highly recommend this property and will be back. Thank you

July 2024 trip
The property is located within three blocks of beach access on a not crowded beach. The amenities of the property were in good shape as I cooked all meals at the property the pots and pans were adequate for the stay and in good working order in the past I’ve stayed at places where most pots and pans are worn out or burnt beyond use.
Overall there are nicer places but this works beyond expectations for the average family.
