The property was sealed and attached by the bank at the time of booking but still mm t booked it without any verification from the hotel staff, though later mm t accommodated me in a nearby hotel. But for once i was left on the road not knowing where to go after booking via mm t

Toilet was average, no hot water supplied, no geyser was there, room was so contested, tv remote was not working. Very bad experience about room.

Very Poor Service. Very Small Room. Rooms are Bad. Used Linens. No Geyser in the Room. As it is nearer to the Guwahati Railway Station, Whole Night the Train sirens are on, No Sleep at all. Breakfast is only 1 quarter Roti with 1 Sabji. Corn Flakes with Milk and Bread with Butter and Jam Available. A small Mango Fruity is given as complimentary. No Standard in the Hotel. Please Avoid this Hotel.

The location of the hotel is very good. The food served was tasty and good. But geyser was not functioning and the tap near the commode in the bathroom was leaking. However, the room service was very responsive and supplied hot water in a bucket. Overall room service was good. But the hotel management should check and take necessary action to keep everything in working condition. Except, that bathroom episode the stay in the hotel was very good and i'm happy.

Hotel staff did not provide late check checkout, however i was eligible for late check out as mm t exclusive member

Location is good, hotel had lift and food & service was good but the room size is really disappointing it’s very very small you don’t have any space to put your luggage, bathroom is also very small. I will never stay again in this hotel.
