Really excellent stay in this hotel! The staff was so friendly even when we checked in late at night. The next morning we had to leave early for the lake and they offered to pack breakfast for us even before the start of their breakfast timing. Throughout the stay the staff were all very friendly, helpful and hospitable! Room was clean and very new. Overall really enjoyable stay and truly enjoyed our stay there!

看了很多評價，最後選擇了城際，入住前都有擔心，因為都有負評，而且它的價位不算高，所以怕中伏。但踏入酒店後簡單覺得物超所值，大堂優雅有品味，前台很有禮貌，效率快，大堂中有24小時迎賓飲料及小吃，竟然還有免費下午茶及深夜粥供應。早餐超豐盛，應有盡有，而且服務員很快清理及有禮。房間衛生狀況良好，房內有冷氣，亦可開窗（有防蚊網），因為天氣很乾燥，所以有放濕機好重要，房間亦有提供。至於床品都很好睡，非常乾淨及舒服，還有dyson風筒，退房後送了小禮物，周圍都是餐廳，如有機會再到賽湖會再入住。

This is one of the most beautiful hotels that I've stayed along my trip in Xinjiang, both inside and outside. The location is very convenient, close to the entrance of Sailimu Lake, surrounded by restaurants and shops. The staff is so friendly and attentive. They thought about everything you might need during the stay. The breakfast was excellent. I got both milk tea and coffee in one meal:) I definitely recommend this hotel if you travel to Sailimu Lake.

L'hôtel est super escompté, voyager dans cette maison d'hôtes asiatique, ressentir globalement un sentiment super escompté. L'environnement de l'hall est élégant, la salle d'accueil est très propre, les lits sont doux et le repos est bon. Je vous remercie particulièrement de Yang Tong et de la présence de deux services de réception, qui sont spécialement présents, qui traitent les procédures rapides, communiquent avec patience et soin, qui vous rappelleront toutes sortes d'attention et qui vous aideront à traiter rapidement les petits problèmes. Les détails sont très intéressants, les pays étrangers se sentent chauds, très recommandés, la prochaine fois que vous visitez ici, vous devez être prioritaires.

Mario room is nice decorated. Room is big and the best is, it comes with 2 bathroom! However, WIFI is down and cleaner did not do a good job, shampoo and body wash were ran out, floor is not very clean. Hotel's location is close to the entrance. Its breakfast is good enough as well. The biggest surprise is, we got a free Sayrum lake boat ride ticket. The view from the boat is magnificent. Worth the booking for this trip. See my 1st picture!

Good location, slightly further than other hotels from the Sayram Lake area but it's only a short drive. Hotel staff was really nice and gave us free breakfast. They kept our passports for a really long time during check in for registration purposes. The hotel room decor was nice and room is spacious. The shower water was very hard to control, either too hot or too cold and the temperature keeps fluctuating. There is no air-conditioning, and the window faces the road, so we kept getting woken up by road noises. We were taking a nap in the late morning but the hotel did some renovation right under our window and we couldn't sleep at all. Breakfast was varied and delicious.

We booked the guest rooms, which are actually a “盲盒” concept where you get whichever room is available upon check-in. Luckily, we were upgraded to wooden cabins with two rooms each. Since I booked 3 rooms, they arranged 2 wooden cabins for us. Each cabin came with two independent bedrooms with attached bathrooms, plus a shared living room. We absolutely loved it because we could gather and spend time together in the living room. We even had steamboat there one evening, which made the stay feel extra cozy, lovely, and convenient. There was also a huge open area in front of the cabins, but unfortunately the wind during our stay was too strong for us to sit outside. In the evening, sheep were grazing right outside our unit. On good weather days, you can even see Sayram Lake and the snow mountains directly from the cabin, which was really beautiful. The cabins are spread across a large area, so you do need to walk to your unit, but the pathways are properly paved and easy to walk on. Our cabin was about 200m from the car park. Special shoutout to the staff, Hemu and Dan Ni Er, who were extremely helpful. They used their small transport buggy to help move our luggage during check-in and check-out. Since we were travelling with elderly family members who had difficulty walking, they also kindly gave them rides to and from the cabin, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommended for those looking for a different and more memorable experience compared to a normal hotel stay.

來賽里木湖旅行，這是本次最驚喜的住宿！房間整潔乾淨，裝修很新，床品柔軟，住得非常舒服。最讓人驚艷的是窗外的風景，湛藍的天空、巨大的風力發電機，遠處能望見賽里木湖與羣山。清晨、傍晚的景色美得像一幅畫。地理位置很好，去賽里木湖景區很方便。在高海拔地區能住到這麼舒心的房間真的很難得，非常推薦！

Le personnel de l'hôtel nous a aidé à organiser des voyages à Sayram Lake Sayram Lake. Nous avons payé 120 yuan par personne dans un véhicule de 7 sièges. Acheté nos billets d'entrée à 143 yuan. Le conducteur nous a amené à travers le lac de 10.00am à 4.30pm. Il nous a également aidé à réserver des billets d'autobus pour aller à Yining de la porte orientale du lac. L'hôtel est situé près de la gare de Bole. Le tarif de taxi de la gare à cet hôtel devrait être de 7 à 10 yuan. De l'hôtel à la zone de la ville, il est de 5 yuan. La chambre d'hôtel est propre et spacieuse. L'hôtel propose également du jus de raisin frais.
