Service especially on front desk was very poor. Not speaking English. Not helpful. Our booked room wasn't ready at 16:30. Must waiting extra 30 min. Not offered any simple solution. Breakfast is good Room is clean but housekeeping not fixing room at proper standard. Not bringing all clean towels. Not makeup lining on bad for next day (stay 2 night)

L'hôtel est propre, neuf et spacieux. Nous pouvons nous enregistrer dès notre arrivée vers 12h30 et prolonger notre départ tardif jusqu'à 14h sans frais supplémentaires. L'hôtel est situé à côté d'un parc d'attractions, d'un centre commercial et à seulement 200 mètres du métro. L'emplacement est idéal et tout est accessible à pied.

J'avais l'intention de prendre le train à grande vitesse pour Zhuhai, alors j'ai longuement cherché autour de la gare du Sud et je me suis finalement installé à Yifeng. Tout d'abord, l'emplacement est très pratique. Devant le bâtiment se trouve la station sud de Sanshan Xincheng de la ligne 1 du tramway Foshan Nanhai. Il n'est pas très pratique de descendre du train et de prendre la ligne 2 du métro de Guangzhou en deux arrêts. Deuxièmement, les chambres et les installations sont très neuves, élégantes et propres. La variété du petit-déjeuner n'est pas très copieuse, mais elle est suffisamment copieuse. La terrasse extérieure est un peu surprenante, et il est assez confortable de manger avec la brise. J'ai réservé une chambre double spéciale en fonction des critiques et je pensais qu'elle était au deuxième étage, mais elle s'est avérée être au dixième étage. La vue était très belle et je n'ai entendu aucun bruit provenant de la décoration. que c'est très rentable !

Mon séjour a dépassé mes attentes ! La chambre était propre et lumineuse, la literie très confortable, j'ai dormi sans être dérangé. L'isolation phonique est excellente, idéale pour travailler sans distraction. Le Wi-Fi haut débit était stable et la pression de l'eau sous la douche parfaite, les détails reflètent la qualité. La réception a été réactive et le check-out efficace. Mon premier choix pour les voyages d'affaires, je reviendrai sans hésiter !

XanaDeluxe Hotel Foshan Danzao — A Genuinely Great Stay with One Notable Flaw As someone who spent most of their trip based at the hotel, I can give a pretty thorough take on what it’s actually like to live in this place for a few days. First impressions The lobby sets the tone immediately. It’s clean, well-presented and the staff are genuinely professional. As an English speaker with only basic Mandarin, I was a little nervous about communication, but the front desk team went above and beyond with translation and made me feel completely at ease. That kind of hospitality is hard to fake. The Room My room was impressively clean overall. The only thing I’d flag is the carpet, which felt like it could use a deeper steam clean. Nothing alarming, and perfectly fine with slippers, but worth mentioning. The air conditioning though? Absolutely elite. Strong, reliable and a lifesaver. Facilities The fifth floor amenities are a real highlight. The gym has brand new equipment, fresh towels and complimentary water ready to go. I spent some solid time on the cardio machines and had zero complaints. The laundry room is also genuinely impressive — four washers, four dryers, plenty of seating, steamers and a dedicated ironing area. Very thoughtfully set up. Food The hotel has several dining options on-site. I tried the dim sum and it was solid. Good variety, good quality and a nice atmosphere. The One Thing That Needs Work Wi-Fi. For younger travellers especially, reliable internet is non-negotiable. Whether it was for remote work or just streaming, the speeds were consistently disappointing. Upload and download were both underwhelming. My cellular signal wasn’t great either, but I’d expect the hotel Wi-Fi to compensate for that, not add to the frustration. Final Verdict This is a hotel that genuinely nails the hospitality side of things. It’s clean, the staff are warm and professional, and the facilities are well above average. Sort out the Wi-Fi and this is easily a five-star experience across the board. I’d absolutely come back next time I’m in Danzao.

Bon emplacement de l'hôtel à proximité du marché de mobilier. Personnel accueillant et disponible pour vous renseigner. Petit déjeuner asiatique pas très varié mais offre un bon café. Literie parfaite avec de bons oreillers et une salle de bain spacieuse.

A big thank you to the front desk staff !!! They are the heart of this hotel. They were professional, friendly, and solved a small issue we had immediately. It’s clear they care about their guests' comfort. The rooms were clean and the amenities were great, but the fantastic customer service is the reason we will be coming back.

This hotel gives you a real 5 star experience without any issues and sometimes even goes beyond. The rooms are very spacious with high ceiling, extremely clean with decent design, flawless furniture and the bed is just perfect. Breakfast is better than 5 stars with a never ending choice of all breakfast items you can think of and an unmatched service level. Additionally the hotel offers several in house restaurants, 2 chinese, german, thai and also 8 different, a bit cheaper food stalls right outside with outside seating. This big choice also exceeds other 5 star hotels and the quality is always very good. An additional big plus. Also they earn extra points for environmental friendliness: big towels are replaced by choice. Just a hint: Please use water saving shower heads or a water flow reducer in the future. A minor shortcoming was the shower sealing being dirty, just wiping does not help here. But as the hotel has collected so many plus points it would be simply unfair not to give the highest rating. I can definitely recommend this hotel and even for the high price, it is worth the money. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing stay.

C'est la première fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel. L'emplacement est juste à côté de la Cité des Matériaux de Construction. Il y a des parkings devant l'hôtel et autour de l'hôtel. La chambre est très bien rangée et dispose de nombreux petits designs. Les équipements de la chambre sont complets et très récents. Les toilettes intelligentes sont géniales et le chevet Bluetooth est également très simple à utiliser. Il peut également être utilisé pour écouter de la musique et revenir au thème principal. confortable et la fatigue a disparu. Chaque service de la réception est très bon et enthousiaste. On peut dire qu'il est méticuleux et que le rapport qualité/prix est le meilleur du marché.

L'emplacement n'est pas à proximité des attractions touristiques, mais il y a aussi un bon choix de restaurants et un certain nombre de bus à proximité. La taille de la chambre est bonne. Il aurait été préférable que la porte de la salle de bain soit coulissante car dans le cadre actuel, vous devez fermer la porte avant de pouvoir utiliser le lavabo. La moquette est vieille et tachée. Nous avons vu quelques cafards pendant notre séjour de 4 jours. Le personnel de la conciergerie était très serviable. Ils ont fait de leur mieux et nous ont aidés à acheter nos billets de bus pour retourner à Zhuhai car nous ne pouvions pas le faire avec notre téléphone. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un bon rapport qualité-prix.
