節假日還是避雷這家吧。首先説衞生:下午入住，然後出去玩了，晚上回到酒店休息了一會，起來洗漱準備鋪自己的床單，居然發現枕頭下邊有瓜子皮！給總枱打電話了，説是來看看。進門不問瓜子皮在哪兒，先懷疑你，什麼時候入住的？怎麼現在才發現啊？你下午沒發現嗎？甚至跟我説，要不就給你清理一下吧，你鋪着你的床單睡吧！在我一再要求下才換了全套！
第二説説服務。第一天到了，我在前台就説了要2張房卡，跟我説得看看，到最後也沒給，就給了一張。我是連住兩晚的客人，第二天早起去吃飯，不遠處碰見收拾退房的保潔，一個勁的問我是不是退房，我説不是，然後就非要給我打掃衞生。後來讓她進來打掃，結果除了把垃圾袋收走就走了。我上午出門去玩，下午回來，我以為會再來整理房間，結果，走的時候什麼樣子還是什麼樣子，也就是，除了早起收了垃圾，沒有任何整理。
第三説一説餐食。早餐説是7點到9點半，第二天我是不到9點下去的，結果基本上啥也沒有。牛奶豆漿一律沒有，寫的橙汁之類的更別想。除了還剩幾個小包子，就是現做了一碗粉。雞蛋好像衹有煮的，當然我也沒吃到。第三天我要早起回武漢，7點多下去吃飯，還不錯，有牛奶喝，但是早餐也不是很豐富。
第四説一下交通。這個位置吧，説實話對於黃州旅遊來説不是很友好。去遺愛湖，東坡外灘，文赤壁，安國禪寺距離都很尷尬。5-7公里的樣子，打車也不值，電動吧，夏天真的很曬。唯一的好處就是出門右拐算是有個夜市吧，那種小攤比較多。
最後説一下，咱也不知道為啥，最後一天，清晨居然有人放炮，被吵醒了。而且也不知道為啥，身上起了好多紅疙瘩。

L'emplacement est facile à trouver. L'environnement a l'air correct. La réception n'est pas enthousiaste mais l'attitude n'est pas mauvaise. . L'eau chaude n'est pas assez chaude, la chambre n'est pas assez propre, il y a des poils sur la table et de la poussière sur le plan de travail. . Envoyé deux coupons de buffet. C'est très pratique, pas besoin de penser à quoi manger au petit déjeuner, le restaurant est propre et bien rangé.

La vue nocturne de l'hôtel est vraiment magnifique. Le hall est grand et le parking est également très grand. Il est très pratique de se garer. La chambre est hygiénique et propre. Si vous avez besoin d'un chargeur, le préposé le livrera au chambre immédiatement, c'est super. Le petit déjeuner est également très copieux, notamment les dim sum cantonais, qui sont super ! Le personnel de la réception 021 est attentif, enthousiaste et professionnel. Je recommanderai à mes amis de rester ici la prochaine fois.

ZZhouxiaosiLes installations nouvelles et le service est bon. L'existence de cet hôtel est comme l'oasis dans le désert, ou encore la terre sèche depuis longtemps provoquée par la divulgation de Dieu apporte de nouvelles vivabilités et de nouvelles dynamiques au comté de Huangmei désespéré. Le défaut est que les machines à laver sont une machine à laver et que beaucoup de gens ne sont pas suffisants.

IInvité這個酒店位置不在縣城中心，比較靠邊，怎麼説呢，就價鉻來説，其配置衞生總體是挑不出毛病的，前台服務很好，很熱情，當提出需要兩個枕頭時，馬上解決，給人賓至如歸的感覺，早餐不錯，因為是對外營業的餐廳，食物都是現做現賣，比普通早餐要好的多。酒店周邊吃飯不方便，但酒店有自己的餐廳，可以叫中餐到房間，價格也優惠，餐廳院子還有紅色宣傳欄。門前停車場很大，晚上有保安看守。

We were allowed for late check out at 3pm.
The only negative feedback is that ventilation from the hotel rooms are not good enough.
I booked 3 rooms, only 1 of the room got aircon with cold air, the other 2 rooms are very hot 🔥.
Was told by the staff that they are using central aircon system which provides warm as it is winter now.
The room was so hot until the kids cannot fall asleep. The technician checked but unable to solve the issue.
We have to open the window and let cold air come in.

LLuojiawen這次去英山主要就是去看看四季花海。去之前給酒店的前台打了電話，知道四季花海景色依舊。再看到酒店附近有餐飲一條街，就在攜程網上訂了酒店。
去後，不管是前台，還是服務人員態度超好，服務業很到位。如多要兩瓶飲用水，很快就送到了房間門口。在攜程網上看到賓館提供刮鬍刀，但衞生間的收納盒裡沒有，電話前台才知道，刮鬍刀是根據需要配置（這在其他酒店就遇到過），電話後，服務人員很快送來了刮鬍刀。
四季花海確實值得一看，酒店旁邊的餐飲也還不錯，隨便去了一家餐館，吃的很滿意。
