Tout était bien et bon comme par prix. Il suffit de former le personnel de la première table qui n'a pas été formé pour l'industrie de l'hospitalité. Globalement bonne expérience avec des coûts justifiés.

I am a frequent traveller and have stayed in many hotels. This was one of the best stays that I can recall. Rooms were well maintained and staff was very polite as well as courteous. I went there with family and friends and had 2 children of 1 year each. However, we did not face any inconvenience whatsoever ever. I would definitely stay in this hotel again whenever I visit Lucknow next time.

Hotel reception service - 2 out of 5 , extremely slow and staff seems lost and unclear. Hotel house keeping and room cleanliness - 2 out of 5 . Bedsheets were not clean , bathroom toiletries were not environmental friendly and clean. Hotel restaurant service : 5 out of 5 . Too good. Staff was very efficient, responsive, fast. Food options were very good. Buffet service and options were excellent.

La maison est très belle avec le charme du vieux monde. Très bon service avec un cri spécial à Ajay Kumar de la maison. Très rapide service de tous les personnels.  Le salon est un établissement de qualité, mais il est très bien placé. Le couvercle de la chambre est en bois avec des manches en blocs en bois qui montrent bon goût, mais il n'est pas très fonctionnel et la taille est petite.  En général, un séjour agréable.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, and the room was beyond comfortable. The staff were courteous and helpful.The staff made check-in easy, and my room had a beautiful view. The reception staff specially Miss Muskan went out of their way to make our stay special and provided us packed lunch. I thank management and staffs for their attentive, friendly and outstanding service”.

Had an excellent stay at Crowne Plaza! The hotel exceeded expectations in every aspect. The rooms were elegant, spacious, and impeccably clean, providing a very comfortable stay. The staff was warm, professional, and attentive, ensuring that every need was taken care of promptly. The dining experience was outstanding, with delicious food and a wide variety of options. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall ambiance was luxurious yet welcoming. I highly recommend Crowne Plaza to anyone looking for a premium hospitality experience and would gladly stay here again.

The food is not that amazing, but the amenities and pool are nice. Very friendly and efficient staff.

Le transport est très pratique, le petit déjeuner est beaucoup d'options, le fromage est bon, la chambre est très propre, et la salle d'entraînement, la sécurité est calendrier, il y a plusieurs familles à manger à l'extérieur, délicieux

It was really good experience with this hotel. Last week same in Lucknow i visited GINGER. but i will suggest you guys plz don’t go there coz that hotel is like Lodge. Very bad bed. Everything is ******** in GINGER. But this week while returning from delhi to Darbhanga by road. I choose GOLDEN TULIP.AND I AM TEALLY VERY HAPPY. Infact ginger charged me 4500 per night. And Ginger is lower is price. But amenities are awesome. I recommend u all guys visit this hotel once.
