We had a great 1 night stay at this hotel! This was a wonderful experience! Although we only spent 1 night here, as this was meant to be an overnight stop between cities in our travel road trip, this left such a good impression on us, that we would like to come back to Akashi just to stay in this hotel again. The architecture and the hotel design is very cool, 50's kind of vibe, but it's new of course. The hotel has a club lounge where we could unwind after the drive with complimentary snacks and drinks, including alcohol, and all was free and unlimited. The room was super spacious and designed nicely, with a huge hot tube jacuzzi, and since we took the ocean view room, the view overlooking the ocean and bridge was just breath-taking 👌 The breakfast was just right, and they totally accommodated my meal requests and accomplished to have a very good result... 5 stars here and I would totally want to come back!

On m'a assigné une chambre très poussiéreuse. En ouvrant la porte, j'ai senti une odeur désagréable et étouffante. Il y avait de la poussière partout : sur les lampes, sur le mur devant le lit, sur la porte donnant sur la terrasse… J'ai donc dû nettoyer la chambre moi-même. Je me demande vraiment si elle a été soigneusement nettoyée avant d'être utilisée. Le matelas avait l'air d'avoir 20 ans et le drap était usé, ce qui me laisse douter que l'hôtel ait vraiment été construit en 2017. C'était l'hôtel le plus cher que j'aie réservé à Kobe : plus de 400 USD la nuit. Il ne valait pas son prix. Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel.

I had a wonderful **3-night stay** at Seaside Hotel Maiko Villa Kobe. The location is beautiful, with relaxing seaside views and a stunning look at the Akashi Kaikyō Bridge. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, it was a peaceful and enjoyable stay, and I would gladly return and recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is located in a quiet and safe area. The breakfast selection is good and I liked the good coffee and it was a bonus as they provided paper cup so you can consume your coffee in the comfort of your room. Will recommend friends to stay in this nice and clean hotel.

Khách sạn có tuổi đời đáng nể. Nằm trên núi cao, không khí tốt. Phòng kiểu Nhật tuyệt vời, ban công OK. Đầy đủ tiện nghi cần thiết cho kỳ nghỉ. Onsen thật sự tốt với nhiều khu bồn tắm trong nhà và bên ngoài. Vì là khách sạn lâu đời và rộng nên chắc chắn vẫn có nhiều điểm chưa hoàn toàn OK. Nhưng nhìn tổng quan thì vẫn có thể gọi là tạm chấp nhận được khi bỏ ra số tiền với dịch vụ như vậy.

本地員工的英語差的可怕，我先去寄存行李到點再辦入住，告訴我沒到時間…… 辦好入住，發現是離電梯最近的房間……訂房時要求的：遠離電梯、安靜、無煙房，怪我沒和他們確認，衹好拖着行李再去前台換房。給的房間依然是路側，緊挨着高架，對面就是神户站，用腳趾頭都能想到有多吵。 這家酒店是老酒店翻新的，全棟電梯都不需要刷卡，女性朋友單獨住的話請一定要留意安全。這酒店翻新工程的質量衹能用呵呵描述吧，細節沒眼看。也別説什麼細節不細節的，門都不能自動關上，一定要手動再推、拉才能確保門關好。mini bar的燈光開關的燈會爆沖，晚上很扎眼。備品第二天不補充，甚至飲用水都不補充…… 員工通道兼消防逃生通道隨意敞開到夜8點，安全管理有疏漏。 洗澡水壓水温都不穩定，一會兒熱一會兒冷，一會兒水又小了…… 早餐都不想點評，比好一點的經濟酒店的還差的感覺……現做熱食檔衹有歐姆蛋……杯子個個都是水垢無窮、劃痕累累。
