« La chambre face à la rivière offre une belle vue surtout le matin. C'est juste à côté du front de mer. La circulation est dense dans le quartier. Il ne se passe pas grand-chose la nuit.
La chambre est spacieuse et les lits sont confortables. J'y retournerais si je visite Miri à l'avenir. »

« The best place to stay in Miri. Definitely no doubt about it. The standard room type was clean with a panoramic view, facing the south China Sea. The bathroom showers very good and so powerful. The bed was soft and clean. Except for the pillows. I should have changed to a soft one.
However, the morning breakfast was superbly delicious and we enjoy it every moment especially the nasi goreng. »

« Location is unbeatable. The only problem during my stay was the bathroom sink was partially clogged. It took quite a while for the water to go down. I ended up brushing my teeth and washing my face in the shower cubicle. I did not call the hotel staff as it was only one night. »

« It's a decent hotel located just next to the airport. *************. As we landed, we could already see the hotel from the runway. They provide excellent shuttle service between the airport and the hotel. We love the fact that it was so close to the airport as our daughter was only joining us after landing at around midnight. The staff was friendly and courteous. We were also very happy with the self service laundry that they provide. It was complimentary provided you bring your own detergent. Otherwise, you can buy detergent from the vending machine. Breakfast was yummy and a semi buffet. The sauna and infinity pool were very inviting but we didn't have time to try them. Too bad. »

« Thank you to the front desk staffs. They were very helpful, professional with high working spirit. Hotel location is perfect. You can’t get lost anywhere in Miri because it is not only centrally located and the hotel can be seen at every angle you go. Beddings were great but only lack of amenities for the bathroom. Although it was a holiday season (Gawai) that time everyone tried their best to make everyone staying at the hotel as comfortable as possible. Thumbs up for them. Breakfast was ok. Just wish there were more varieties of bread and fresh vegetables at the salad corner. Other than that it was an awesome stay for us. Thank you. »

« The exterior of the service apartment looks nice but the interior requires further upgrading. The toilet especially seems run down. The sofa is dirty and smelly and my body itched when I sat on it. There were 5 pillows only for the 3 of us The aircon in one of the rooms was not cold and I reported it to the front desk staff for someone to service it. Unfortunately, it was still the same and so we had to bear with it for our 3 night stay. Not sure if anything was done about it. »

« Staying for 3 days and 2 nights at the hotel. Everything is good especially the room due to the deluxe room being full & upgraded to a premier room 😍😊
But the bad thing is, the receptionist is kinda gloomy & unwilling to solve the problem. On the first night staying, i still didn't sleep & forgot to lock the door. Luckily the door guard is intact, and i heard someone trying to open the door. The next morning, I requested to see CCTV footage to know who the one opening our door room was. But the receptionist said, ”oh we wrongly gave the room key last night to the guest”.. that's not the answer to what we want.. that means the hotel is not secure at all for a guest to stay.
On the 2nd day, i already set the button for the make up room, but no housekeeping doing make up room after back from Bazaar Gawai late night.. and i ask the receptionist and they answer ”Oh, we fully book & need to clean the room ASAP & didn't do make up room” 😅 is that an excuse not to do make up room??
All the time I'm going to the receptionist, the same receptionist is not smiling at all 😅😅
For the facility, everything is good but no phone in the room 🤣 so it's hard to reach reception or housekeeping. »

FfazlinaLa chambre est belle. Location sage aussi grande. centre, près des centres, juste à côté de la route. tout est grand sauf le parking. qui est un grand tour dehors pour moi. Ils n'ont permis qu'une fois en sortie, si vous voulez entrer et sortir plus d'une fois, vous devez payer! La plus grave est que vous devez coucher pendant VERY long pour vous garer.Ils ont un parking ”multi-storey” fantastique comme au Japon, qui était censé être pratique mais non pour eux.

It may be quite a distance from the city if you don't drive a car, but if you do, it's only less than a 10-min drive.
Le service était certainement de haut niveau, de l'entrée principale au bureau frontal, y compris le personnel du restaurant Zest.
Le petit déjeuner était très bon et goûtant, surtout les jus de fruits frais !
