PPhilip NgLe salon et la cuisine sont très grands et vous pouvez cuisiner le dîner si vous voulez. L'emplacement est un peu difficile à trouver et soigneusement à ne pas mélanger avec d'autres propriétés appelées Prestige Vacation Apartments - avec le nom de condo différent.

IInvitéThis hotel has some good points:
1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests.
2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area.
3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool.
However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas:
1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience.
2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved.
3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted.
4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service.
We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

UUtilisateur anonymeWe recently stayed here to celebrate my son's 2nd birth day and truly enjoyed the experience! The entire place has the aesthetics we were looking for—cozy, modern, and very well put together. The mountain view is superb, and the unit itself is super clean and comfy. It also comes with complete utensils and cooking materials, which made meal prep very convenient. We appreciated the small touches like the provided shampoo, conditioner, and free black coffee.
Wi-fi also provided and there is a smart tv.
However, we did encounter a slight issue during check-in. Although check-in starts at 2:00 PM, we arrived at 2:30 PM and still had to wait for an hour. According to the guard, there was no endorsement prepared by the host, which caused the delay. It was a bit of an inconvenience after a long trip from manila with my toddler, but thankfully, everything else about the stay made up for it.
One thing to note is that the place is a bit far from the city center, so we had to take a taxi every time we visited tourist attractions. This might be a downside for travelers who prefer more central accommodations.
Overall, it was a great stay and we would still recommend it—just hoping the check-in process can be smoother next time, and for future guests to consider the location depending on their itinerary.

IIan HoThe place is near the mansion. It is quiet and suitable for families. The unit is a Korean-style homestay with a kitchen. The fan is a bit loud, but overall it is a good option for a family stay.

JJaniceWe arrived Feb 15 10am, medyo napaaga ng konti. The room is good for 5 pax, with balcony for both rooms. Malinis and well maintained naman po ang Unit. Accomodating namang recep, but the host didn’t contact me since nasa abroad pa daw sabi ng receptionist. happy and satisfied naman kami ng family ko. With wifi naman, kaya happy mga bagets. Netflix is not working lang.

IInvitéThe area was very ideal with good view. The crew were also courteous and approachable. However, the amenities were poor, especially the bathroom. The shower head and tissue dispenser were broken.
It was also mentioned that the breakfast was buffet style but it was not. It was ”buffet-assisted” where the crew will dish out for you. You can only have what they dish out. Not a problem for me but I just hope they made clear information on that.
Hopefully they can work out on these issues.

IInvitéL'hôtel est bien pour un court séjour, bien qu'il y a quelques choses à garder en tête.
Le lieu est un peu ancien et il montre dans certaines des fonctionnalités de la chambre. La configuration de la salle de bain pourrait également utiliser une amélioration la porte n'est pas fermée, et la porte de douche n'est pas complètement fermée, ce qui signifie que l'eau peut facilement évacuer et laisser le sol mouillé.
Nous avons payé un peu moins de 2000 pour un séjour de nuit, qui incluait déjà le petit déjeuner. Si vous aimez marcher, le Burnham Park est à environ un kilomètre, et il est un petit pas facile et agréable, nous avons fini par y aller à pied.
En général, ce n'est pas le lieu le plus moderne ou poli, mais il fonctionne bien si vous cherchez un endroit simple pour rester la nuit.

RreubenferrerThe place is very homey. Having Lime and Basil (a really good Thai restaurant) at the ground floor is a major plus. Food is very accessible with different options along South Drive. The view from the roofdeck is amazing too! The pet peeve is the elevator that keeps stopping on the 5th floor and is misaligned. My luggage got caught in the gap and the wheel nearly snapped off. My fault for not noticing the gap but does matter.
