La chambre était propre et nous étions agréablesment surpris par la mini-kitchenette. Les enfants ont vraiment aimé la piscine. Nous appréciions les serviettes supplémentaires à la piscine. Les cons étaient : le fond de la piscine était assez gros. Je trouve la nécessité de traction, mais elle a déchiré les pieds crus de mes enfants. Il n'y avait pas de tube chaud. Le garage de stationnement attaché à l'hôtel est ouvert au public, donc si un événement populaire se déroule au centre-ville (c'est-à-dire l'Eve Potato Drop de la Nouvelle Année), le garage sera rempli alors que vous étiez ailleurs. Laisser vous trouver ailleurs pour parker, même si vous avez prépayé pour parker dans ce garage.

Hands down absolutely the best hotel and staff I've encountered in a long time. And I've been to some pretty good ones. clean, nice up to date hotel and rooms. Access to channels if you want to watch television. Plenty of plugins for your electronic devices. Lots of lighting in the the rooms. Then, there's the breakfast, absolutely the most options of ever seen at a continental style breakfast at a hotel. Everything was appesred fresh. Everything tasted good. Plenty of options even if you have allergies. Convenient hours for breakfast also. Starting with a front desk staff, I should have mentioned, they were super friendly, helpful and patient. This Meridian location has a nice little selection for snacks, microwave small meals and other amenities. If you're traveling, this is so nice, not to have to drive and to somewhere else. If you forgot something or have an urge for a diet Coke. They even have a a filtered drinking fountain to fill our big water cups, plus a lemon water with ice dispenser in the lobby. We will be staying here again.

The sparrow was an amazing place to stay, there is a unique common area to play games or get work done in and also it is attached to a cool coffee shop. Ayla was absolutely incredible. Giving that it is downtown I was unfortunately woken up a couple times early in the morning due to a car alarm going off, but that was more so just what you get being downtown and not reflecting of the hotel itself which was wonderful. Hope to stay there again my next time in Boise.

L'hôtel doit avoir un meilleur service. Le contrôle en temps était meilleur pendant Covid. Le contrôle obligatoire à 14 h est juste folle. Nous avons toujours vérifié tôt. Je me fiche de ne pas avoir accès à la chambre jusqu'à 14 h mais pas vérifié tôt vraiment. Les équipements de service sont très raffinés et très inhabituels.

I didnt use amenities. Staff was courteous and friendly. Room was decent, clean. Comfortable bed. Spacious. The only downside was the fact that the walls joined the elevator which was a bit noisy. Good hotel to stay at. Close to food/beverage/downtown. Well done Boise!

This was a great place. The breakfast was good. It is close to Applebees. It’s close to the interstate and to extra mile arena where my wife and I went to go see Jeff Dunham. It was also my wife’s and I anniversary.

Kamer prima, maar onvoldoende schoon. Niet gezogen onder de bedden en toen we de volgende ochtend gingen ontbijten en terug kwam stond de deur open op de knip. De service was heel goed. Het toilet was verstopt er kwam direct iemand het fixen. Ontbijt- tip koop een set extra wafel machines , want een half uur wachten op een wafel maken en dan naar een heel sjacherijnig hoofd van een keuken personeelslid kijken die al gooiend en smijtend de spullen van het ontbijt opruimd is geen gezellig begin van de dag. Gelijk ook een tip voor de ontbijtploeg. Maak de tafels tussendoor een paar keer schoon. Aan een tafel zitten waar van drie families ontbijtkruimels en stroop opligt is niet zo fris.

Convenient location. Issue is the room is too close to the vent well of the building, very noise in summer time and cannot sleep until 3am. Next time will definitely try a different room.

We were in room 241, mini fridge freezer section had 4 inch of ice all around it making it unusable. Major fight outside our room in the hallway in middle of the night, people yelllimg screaming , doors slamming , went on for over an hour, , requiring the police to be called. Made for a lousy stay.
