There are local full-time neighbors who live in the apartments behind the home, we kindly ask all guests to be respectful and not disturb our local tenants.*Grizzl-E Level 2 EV Charger, 16/24/32/40 Amp, NEMA 14-50 Plug/06-50 Plug, 24 feet Premium Cable, Outdoor Car Charging Station located on the side of the driveway.*We use a local plow service to plow the road and driveway. In the events of the large storms, the plow does their best to regularly maintain the road.* We are committed to following extremely strict COVID cleaning protocol.
