IInvitéI had a fantastic 2-night stay at this new hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for anyone arriving from the airport via the Green Line Westlake. It’s a direct shot from the airport, and then just a 14-minute walk from the station (which also connects to the mono rail to space needle.
I loved the cozy lobby; it’s a great spot to just hang out or relax for a bit. A huge plus for me was the surrounding area. On my way to check in, I was able to grab Shake Shack for dinner, which was perfect. And for bubble tea lovers, there’s a boba shop, Hey Tea ,right next door! Whole Foods is also just a short walk away, making it easy to pick up anything you need.
The check-in and check-out process was super quick and smooth. I had a great rest over my two nights and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.

BBrendadamowangUn voyage de quatre coins est prévu pour la chambre de loft du deuxième étage. Le plafond est un lit 1.5 mètres au-dessus, un lit 1.8 mètres au-dessous, le lit de chauffage dans la salle de séjour est ouvert aussi 1.5 mètres (mais le confort est moindre).
Lave-la une fois pendant trois jours.
Il faut noter en particulier que, étant donné qu'il s'agit d'une chambre de plafond et que le climatisation n'est pas chauffée, il peut y avoir une différence de température de plusieurs degrés.

Convenientment situé à proximité du centre-ville de Westfield et de quelques autres magasins et lieux de nourriture.
Un aéroport de complimentaire est disponible de 4h à midi.
À l'arrivée, on m'a dit que mon paiement n'était pas terminé, alors que cela a été fait et confirmé quelques semaines avant l'arrivée. Heureusement Trip.com a un centre d'aide 24/7 et ils ont pu m'aider à sortir la situation immédiatement et en conséquence.
La dame du bureau m'a dit qu'elle m'avait donné une belle chambre, en raison de l'inconvénient.
La fitness est petite, mais elle dispose de l'équipement nécessaire pour une bonne exercice.
Très cher pour ce que vous obtenez, mais comme tous les hébergements sont comme ça aujourd'hui, je n'ai pas compte cela dans mon examen.
Je resterais encore, mais seulement après avoir confirmé ma réservation.

From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.
They were attentive, professional, and always willing to help with even the smallest requests.
It really set the tone for the rest of my stay.
The room was incredibly clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful amenities that made
the experience both comfortable and relaxing. The bed was soft yet supportive, the linens
felt fresh, and the overall setup of the room made it easy to unwind after a long day.
Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, ensuring everything was spotless and perfectly organized.
The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to public
transportation, restaurants, and local attractions. Whether I needed a quick bite or
wanted to explore the area, everything was within walking distance or a short ride away.
Another highlight was the breakfast. The selection was impressive—fresh fruits,
pastries, hot dishes, and great coffee. It was the perfect way to start the morning.
The dining staff were friendly and kept everything well-stocked and tidy, even during busy hours.
Throughout my stay, everything felt smooth and effortless. The hotel’s atmosphere
was peaceful, the interior was aesthetically pleasing, and all the facilities were
well taken care of. It’s clear that the management and staff take great pride in maintaining
a high standard of service and cleanliness.
Overall, I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting
the area. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers an excellent
balance of comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality. I will definitely choose
to stay here again on my next trip.

IInvitéThe hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry.
I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon.
I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’.
At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue.
In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!

Manger est aussi pratique.

IInvitéLocation is unbeatable, and if you get a room with a view it’s an an unbeatable place to stay on a budget. I’ve stayed here more than once due to the location, how quiet it is overall, and the upkeep of the rooms. The gym could use some love, but let’s face it. we aren’t really at a hotel for the gym but it does the job!

SSEHYEONL'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. Il n'y avait pas d'attention ni de services pour accueillir la sortie des clients. Il y avait trop de personnes qui devaient monter sur le navire et le navire n'était presque pas capable de nous accueillir tous. Il aurait été pratique si le personnel avait vérifié le temps de départ/la nécessité des transbordeurs lorsque les clients ont vérifié leur arrivée afin qu'ils auraient pu être aménagés de manière suffisante et efficace.

FfreeannyBien que l'hôtel soit plus vieux, les installations sont plus vieux. Mais il est préférable de les mettre sur des bureaux de cuisine. Nous sommes très aimables pour les enfants qui ont emporté et pour consolider la faim chinoise. L'hôtel peut utiliser des lave-linge gratuitement.

The carpet look so old and dirty every where ,lobby , haul way , in the bed room ,lucky the bed and the toilet look clean
The car that bring us to the hotel and the airport , inside need to remodel all the seats look so old and dirty , all interior need to make a new one .
In the room you should have refrigerator , the cashier or front desk people are not good service mind at all .
