UUtilisateur anonymeUn problème courant dans les hôtels américains est qu’ils n’ont qu’une seule caractéristique principale et rien d’autre.
Les pantoufles et les brosses à dents sont toutes nécessaires séparément. Une fois que vous vous y êtes habitué, oubliez ça.
À mon arrivée, la réception m'a demandé si je souhaitais passer à une chambre avec vue sur le lac et sur la grande roue pour 20 $ de plus par nuit, j'ai naïvement accepté. Quand je suis monté à l'étage et que j'ai regardé le lac, j'ai vu qu'il n'y avait presque rien dans le coin le plus éloigné. Les deux premiers jours, il y avait du brouillard ou de la pluie et je ne pouvais rien voir clairement.
Cet hôtel n'est pas bon marché non plus. Il n'y a pas de conception d'éclairage principale et toutes les lumières de la pièce doivent être allumées par vous-même. De nos jours, le siège des toilettes n'est ni intelligent ni chauffé. Cet argent est bien dépensé en Chine. En marchant dans les rues, j'ai vraiment l'impression que les États-Unis sont assez arriérés. Cela fait sept ou huit ans que je ne suis pas venu ici et rien n'a changé.

IInvitéLe centre de la ville est très confortable, et vous pouvez vous rendre à l'hôtel. It's a direct shot from the airport, and then just a 14-minute walk from the station (which also connects to the mono rail to space needle.
J'aimais le lobby cool; c'est un grand endroit pour juste se reposer ou se détendre un peu. Un plus énorme pour moi était la zone environnante. À mon chemin de retour, j'ai pu prendre Shake Shack pour le dîner, qui était parfait. Et pour les amateurs de thé à bulles, il y a un magasin de boba, Hey Tea , juste à côté de la porte! Tous les aliments sont aussi à quelques pas, ce qui vous rend facile de prendre tout ce dont vous avez besoin.
Le service de la chambre est très confortable et très confortable.

From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.
They were attentive, professional, and always willing to help with even the smallest requests.
It really set the tone for the rest of my stay.
The room was incredibly clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful amenities that made
the experience both comfortable and relaxing. The bed was soft yet supportive, the linens
felt fresh, and the overall setup of the room made it easy to unwind after a long day.
Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, ensuring everything was spotless and perfectly organized.
The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to public
transportation, restaurants, and local attractions. Whether I needed a quick bite or
wanted to explore the area, everything was within walking distance or a short ride away.
Another highlight was the breakfast. The selection was impressive—fresh fruits,
pastries, hot dishes, and great coffee. It was the perfect way to start the morning.
The dining staff were friendly and kept everything well-stocked and tidy, even during busy hours.
Throughout my stay, everything felt smooth and effortless. The hotel’s atmosphere
was peaceful, the interior was aesthetically pleasing, and all the facilities were
well taken care of. It’s clear that the management and staff take great pride in maintaining
a high standard of service and cleanliness.
Overall, I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting
the area. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers an excellent
balance of comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality. I will definitely choose
to stay here again on my next trip.

IInvitéThe hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry.
I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon.
I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’.
At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue.
In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!

Manger est aussi pratique.

IInvitéLocation is unbeatable, and if you get a room with a view it’s an an unbeatable place to stay on a budget. I’ve stayed here more than once due to the location, how quiet it is overall, and the upkeep of the rooms. The gym could use some love, but let’s face it. we aren’t really at a hotel for the gym but it does the job!

SSEHYEONL'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. Il n'y avait pas d'attention ni de services pour accueillir la sortie des clients. Il y avait trop de personnes qui devaient monter sur le navire et le navire n'était presque pas capable de nous accueillir tous. Il aurait été pratique si le personnel avait vérifié le temps de départ/la nécessité des transbordeurs lorsque les clients ont vérifié leur arrivée afin qu'ils auraient pu être aménagés de manière suffisante et efficace.

FfreeannyBien que l'hôtel soit plus vieux, les installations sont plus vieux. Mais il est préférable de les mettre sur des bureaux de cuisine. Nous sommes très aimables pour les enfants qui ont emporté et pour consolider la faim chinoise. L'hôtel peut utiliser des lave-linge gratuitement.

The carpet look so old and dirty every where ,lobby , haul way , in the bed room ,lucky the bed and the toilet look clean
The car that bring us to the hotel and the airport , inside need to remodel all the seats look so old and dirty , all interior need to make a new one .
In the room you should have refrigerator , the cashier or front desk people are not good service mind at all .
