Friendly staff. Even the next day I have left the hotel, they will still message me and ask whether I have reached my new destination (city). The hotel Provide free airport transport, after I reached at the airport and collected my luggages, I called the hotel and very quick the driver has reached the departure area to pick me up.

I was on a layover and I was at the hotel for the night. The receptionist was very helpful, i was having problems with payments & food. There was no halal food nearby. She guided me and helped me for hours, even without her knowing english, we communicated on the translate app. She paid for my meal next to the restaurant and asked them to serve me no meat meal. To withdraw from my money. i had to go to the ATM and she sent of the workers to drive me there and back, it wasn’t close. Unfortunately the chinese people don’t accept tips, as i tried to offer some. The women was the best.

Awesome hotel, great service. 24H airport transfer, very nice. There is also laundry room which is FREE to use. Only downside is the location, it is slightly out of the way with not much to eat or see nearby, can only take DiDi out if want more food options..

Excellent place for layovers, it's close to Meilan International Airport and the hotel offers free 24hr transfers to/from there. The staff was very accommodating and made my experience with the language barrier non-existent. The room I had was smart home equipped (Dudu), most things can be controlled via voice-commands like the air-con and lights. Being close to the airport has its drawbacks however, you need to travel a fair bit to reach town, and amenities are fairly limited around there.

酒店價格非常親民，本以為就是普通標準，沒想到房間乾淨寬敞，床品舒適，設施齊全。全屋智能化，一句小度小度全部幫搞定。 還有夜粥和早餐，我七點的飛機飛日本，要提前三小時值機，居然有商務車免費接送服務，非常方便。還暖心的幫我準備了早餐，服務完美。 服務人員非常熱情周到。這個價位能有如此品質，絕對是物超所值！全五星好評！牆裂推薦，下次趕飛機這家依然是首選

如實説吧，非常超值，服務細緻且熟練到位，安排送機。趕不上早餐，給備了每人一份早餐包，熱雞蛋，酸奶，麪包。老公去還車，想順風車一下，前台直接派大巴去接他一個人。房間空調冷氣很好，全屋智能，小度陪兩個小的玩了很久，床品乾淨，更驚喜的是免費洗衣機烘乾機，當時我們玩水回來，正愁怎麼吹乾衣服，哇，這服務相當可以。衹是位置稍微不顯眼，正好又下大雨，導航錯過了入口，又繞了兩圈，終於找到了。不是居民區，反正睡覺趕飛機很棒。

房間很大，挺乾淨的，服務人員態度也非常好，我們是晚班機到海口中轉一下，24小時包接送，雖然周圍還沒有完全配套好，但是晚到有粥填肚子，作為臨時中轉已經很好了，早餐沒有多豐盛，能吃飽，但是這個價格還要啥自行車啊

到的時候晚上8點多，司機接機準時，幫忙提行李，因為是過渡一晚，所以酒店前面雖然有工地，但對晚上休息沒什麼影響。前台服務態度好，事情交代得很清楚，剛開始的2個房間，其中1個房間因為黴味重，前台換了2次，換得我們滿意為止，這點值得點贊，第二天的早餐補了一個小朋友的費用14元，性價比高，司機送到高鐵站也很及時。

真的很少差評，這家所謂酒店的真的太差了。 首先交通，機場自駕過去，導航到了一塊黑漆漆的荒地，車速稍微快點就會錯過那個很隱蔽的路口，最後一段路還不在地圖上，打電話給前台，前台來帶路總算找到了。 然後衞生，半夜2點多入住，已經很累了，前台給了一個一股黴味的房間，待了不到兩分鐘，鼻炎就犯了，趕緊下去換房間。前台表示衹剩最後一間同房型的。看了一下，黴味沒有這麼厲害，雖然房間很熱，實在太累，就打算將就一下。結果整整半小時房間的空調根本不能把温度打下來。熱到什麼程度呢？房間離的礦泉水是熱的。打電話給前台要求換房，前台説沒有同房型的，可以免費升級到普通大床和雙床，我問差價呢？前台説免費升級，我就呵呵了，明明我的家庭房更貴。然後前台建議我把攜程的房間退掉，在前台重新下單大床房。呵呵，這樣的現場割單。 設施，所謂多家庭房，那個小床就是個行軍床。躺下就不能動，一動就嘎吱嘎吱。比一般酒店的加床還差。 最後説服務，晚上和前台投訴房間黴味和空調不製冷，前台設計等第二天所謂的領導來處理，我退房了也沒看見所謂的領導來處理。 最後，整個房間真的很臭，一股子下水道的味道。開關設計也是極度不合理。周圍一片工地。
