HAIKO QIANNA HOTEL (Wanlvyuan Friendship Sunshine City Shop)

The hotel and room are beautiful decorated and our room has a large bathtub which we have truly enjoyed for the two nights stay. The location is also convenient, although there isn’t any local MRT lines at this moment, but it was easy to travel around with their local buses.  

It was a pleasant stay as the staff are very friendly and even offer early check in. However, they started suspecting or accusing my friend as a parcel thief on the second night. Just because she has a lot of taobao parcel coming in. We were told to collect or take our parcel from the cabinet. So we did as what we were told to do. On the subsequent day, my friend was being judge and question when she is collecting her parcel. They keep asking her did she took the parcel. She already told them no. The 3 of us didn’t even see any parcel that doesn’t belong to us. On the last day, upon leaving the hotel, they questioned her with the screenshot of the cctv footage of her taking the similar parcel. As if she is the thief, this whole experience is really uncomfortable and totally spoilt our holiday mood. My friend even show the counter staff her taobao transaction to prove that the parcel as shown on the cctv footage is her. I don’t know the free gift is it to compensate us for accusing my friend as a thief or a genuine gift. Actually I heard a lot of the parcel thief occurring, the management should follow what Amari or some other hotel parcel collection system. They will keep the parcel for the guest and ask the guest for the first name and last 4 digit of the phone number. They shouldn’t accuse the guest and not admitting is their own management system problem.

I was skeptical at first, was my first time staying here. But I was blown away. Ancient Chinese themed. Everything was great. The room was big. Plenty of details in the room. They even prepare an incense in the room. Decoration looks pretty, huge bathroom. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast tasted good. Don't expect plenty of variations like those in big hotel. But they have noodles, porridge, eggs, salad, fruits, etc. It's already much better than any of the other boutique hotels that I stayed before in china. Overall, this hotel is totally exceed my expectations. Will keep in mind of this hotel chain for my future travel.

Room is very nice and spacious. It is clean and the bathtub was great. However there’s no window facing outside. Smell of cigarette was so strong coming from other room but the staff was quick to help clean and air the room. Not for someone who’s sensitive to cigarette smell

I loved this hotel! The front desk staff, the breakfast, the design of the hotel, the cleanliness, the overall experience was superb and I’ll definitely come back. They took care of my luggage for a few days when I went to Sanya. Amazing hotel, I’m so happy!

Very aesthetic hotel and helpful staff. Highly recommend!
