Khách sạn nằm giữa trung tâm Cát Bà nên việc đi lại, tham quan bằng xe điện hay đi bộ dễ dàng. Nhưng phòng ốc của khách sạn thì nhỏ và hơi ẩm mốc, các trang thiết bị như Tivi, tủ lạnh đều rất cũ. Có những phòng nội thất bị thiếu như quạt, bàn ghế Nhà vệ sinh thiết kế bồn rửa mặt không hợp lí nước không chảy được, có phòng còn hỏng cả vòi nước. Bước từ bên ngoài vào sảnh có mùi ẩm mốc. Đồ ăn bình thường, không có gì nổi bật.

Phòng hơn nhà trọ, phòng quá nhỏ, cũ bẩn, nhà vệ sinh chật nhất trong các nhà vệ sinh mình từng biết cho nhà nghỉ, không đạt tiêu chuẩn nhà nghỉ, chứ đừng nói khách sạn. Đồ ăn thì tệ thôi rồi, nói thẳng là loại chặt chém. Thái độ thì bố láo.

Chúng tôi đến Cát Bà vào những ngày thu và lựa chọn khách sạn Giang Sơn. Khách sạn vị trí đẹp, sạch sẽ, giá cả hợp lý , view biển đẹp, đồ ăn tươi ngon. Gia đình chúng tôi đã có một ngày thăm quan vịnh Lan Hạ hết sức thú vị.

Chất lượng phục vụ kém , đồ ăn không tươi , giá cả menu đắt nhưng chất lượng không được như giá tiền , đưa ra ý kiến để khách sạn khắc phục thì lại tỏ thái độ không thành ý , những vật cơ bản để tự dọn dẹp trong phòng tắm không có

Nên tránh nhà nghỉ này quanh năm ra. 1.1 triệu/ 1 phòng, mà chai nước cũng mất tiền, 40k/1 chai. Phòng thì bẩn, điều hoà thì hỏng. Ép khách ăn tại nhà hàng, thức ăn thì dở, giá thì đắt Thái độ phục vụ quá kém, rất thất vọng.
