La vue sur le lac est magnifique, mais le personnel de l'hôtel ne parle qu'anglais et japonais. La pièce est assez grande et la source chaude est confortable pour s'y baigner

La chambre est spacieuse et le lit est confortable. Il y a le grand magasin Kintetsu en bas, ce qui est pratique pour faire du shopping. Le métro est proche et vous pouvez sortir. C'est très pratique pour aller à Nara ou à d'autres sites pittoresques.

Such a lovely hotel! Gorgeous view with fantastic services. In the morning when we open the curtains, the lake was breathtaking! Definitely we will come back again!

Reception staff was excellent and courteous. Breakfast very limited and no variety. Had lot of difficulty in communication because of language barrier. Rooms looked tired and old in urgent need of renovation and upgrading. Toilet flush system didn’t work properly and sign posted as push the handle down hard. Shower control at ankle level and very old. How do the hotel expect guests to bend down to adjust the flow and temperature .  Room was not the worth money charged. Will not recommend to family or friends

Unexpectlly good breakfast, food quality is excellent.

Location was good. Mount Fuji view from the room. You are able to see the whole lake. Check in staff was detailed and informative. But nobody was there to help with bags. There’s a few steps up to the lobby and there’s not slope for us to push the luggages. We drag it up and down ourselves.  Not much selections with food. Breakfast was bad and expensive. Dinner was okay at French restaurant. Good thing was there’s an onsen in the hotel. Parking was free. 

Everything is good except the heating system is just too hot and is unadjusted coz is central heating. So we can't sleep really well due to the temperature is too high . Otherwise everything is good!

We loved our experience is this hotel! We had such a lovely evening with our friends an and enjoyed the sunset over the lake- what a perfect ending to the day. We booked the best rooms (kind of by accident but so happy we did that). They’re the top floor rooms with the balconies. Worth it! The breakfast was also truly fantastic- lots of variety and excellent quality choices, including fresh delicious fruit. The onsen was also a delight.

Worst hotel experience ever had. The amenities were incredibly insufficient. No shower robes, no onsen clothes, no kettles, no drinks in the fridge. You basically need to ask for everything and collect by yourself. The onset place is cold and small. I feel catching cold when taking a shower. The onsen water smells like tap water. The breakfast was surprisingly plain. Not many options and there is no refill. They seem lack of manpower and the service is really limited though the staff are really nice. The view at the backyard was good, location is not bad. If you choose to stay here, prepare everything else by yourself.
