Where to start? Firstly my holiday was ruined by having no hot water for the entire week of our stay. Showering in cold water every evening was a nightmare. We complained and nothing was done. We didn't even get a apology. Just told it was a area problem and basically get on with it. Every guest we spoke to was moaning about the cold water. One lucky couple actually got to move hotels and a car laid on to take them there by the hotel. The bathrooms need updating. No plug in the bath and the shower head sprayed all over the place due to holes blocked. No safe in the room although advertised there is one. TV did not work. The hotel itself is very clean and the gardens are so pretty. We loved our room although the bed was really hard., like sleeping on the floor. The pool area was clean but you do have to get there early if you want a sunbed as they get taken quickly. The pool bar staff were friendly and the food was delicious. I recommend the pizza and sandwiches you won't be disappointed. Breakfast was also delicious with plenty of food and a good variety. Beware the nightly tax cost 10 euros a night not 3 euros that was in our booking information. The town of Afitos is around a 10 - 15 mins walk down a straight road so you can't get lost. You can get a cab for around 6 euros. Beautiful town with lots of lovely restaurants, few bars and shops. The beach is down a steep hill. Going down is fine, but hard work getting back up. The hotel offers a shuttle service to their sister hotel for 30 euros including 2 loungers and umbrella. We thought this was expensive. Although there's a few positives about this hotel. I left there feeling stressed and disappointed. Having no hot water to shower ruined our holiday The hotel would of got 5 stars if it had had hot running water a more comfortable bed.

Georgina spa therapist is amazing. Massage and hydration facial experience was wonderful and relaxing. Hotel has a friendly, relaxing ambience,treated as extended family. A wonderful oasis just outside Afitos ! Frosa,and Paulina are caring ,attentive ,looking after all your requests .

Dining at the hotel's restaurant was a true pleasure, with delicious food that exceeded my expectations. The menu featured a variety of expertly crafted dishes, making every meal memorable. Overall, my stay at Petrino Suites Hotel was exceptional, combining luxury, comfort, and excellent service. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a top-tier hotel experience.

This hotel is beautiful. Grounds are full of fruit trees and plants. Staff are super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They helped us order several taxis. Rooms are a good size and had a large terrace to use. Use of the private beach & complimentary transfers was a great touch. The beach was beautiful. Would advise wearing water shoes in the sea as the entrance to the sea is very rocky. Pool bar food & breakfast are great quality. Not many sunbeds for amount of rooms. Would recommend getting a sunbed before 9am or they will be all gone. bottom of the pools can be scratchy as it was pebbledash but not enough for us to not want to use it. We would definitely book here again.
