Nrma Halls Gap Holiday Park
"If you like nature, this is a good place to stay. You will see Kangaroo around your room in the evening. The room is clean. There are many activities to enjoy your holiday."
YHA Grampians Eco, Halls Gap
Grampians Chalets
"- nice and sleek interior design that puts it on the pedestal in the same league; - squeaky clean and spick and span; - very comfortable beds that you are mollycoddled, from the very first moment you hit the sack; - quiet and reclusive, but easily accessible to the town; - Flexible check out(upon request) - Facilities just as described, almost brand new, wonderful"
Marwood Villas
Kookaburra Motor Lodge
"Perfect"
Halls Haven Holiday Units
"My stay at Halls Haven Holiday Unit was truly relaxing and enjoyable. It’s a lovely place that feels peaceful while still being very close to the town centre, which made it really convenient for getting around and exploring. One of the highlights of the stay was the small animal farm on the property. It was such a unique and charming touch, with kangaroos, alpacas, and sheep wandering around. It added a special, almost countryside feel to the whole experience. There is also a beautiful pond in the middle of the property, which quickly became my favourite spot. It’s perfect for starting the day with a quiet breakfast and coffee, or even enjoying a BBQ in the evening. Sitting by the water with such a calm atmosphere made the stay feel extra special."
Breeze Holiday Parks - Grampians
"Le personnel était ami. La situation est parfaite. Je suggère que vous devriez arrêter dans votre magasin de produits de vente le plus proche parce qu'il n'y a pas de coles ou de wools à proximité. Le plus proche est une voiture de 40 minutes. Dans l'ensemble, il était très calme. Aime qu'ils n'ont pas de poste lumineux, vous pouvez voir les étoiles à la nuit."
Grampians Pioneer Cottages
"I’ve spent the better part of a week staying at the Grampian Pioneer Cottages for a solo break. Specifically, the red brick cottage. It was a very pleasurable and peaceful experience and for those few days, I felt like I had my own slice of Halls Gap hence the review title. I could definitely see myself returning in another 12 months Although there are several cottages on the property, they’re sufficiently spaced; not like living on those new estates that are seemingly popping up all over the suburbs. I didn’t hear so much as a peep out of my neighbours all week. By the same token, the owner’s cottage is only a very short walk away and they provide their mobile number so they can be reached if you need assistance. On that note: Aiden and Corrie were both very helpful and delightful to deal with. The cottages are also self contained complete with a fully equipped kitchen, fridge (with a freezer) so you can cook meals and save a fortune on restaurant and/or takeaway meals. On that note: being cottages, there isn’t an option to buy food or drinks on site. There’s a supermarket/general store in town (a short drive) to buy provisions, though. Everything was immaculately clean and the furniture was very comfortable so no complaints there. I was also pleased with the number of towels and flannels provided as well as the pillows and bedding. Between extra blankets, pillows and electric blankets you definitely won’t go cold. You’ll also stay cool during warmer months between the fans and split system. I also enjoyed having my own chickens for company as part of my stay. On my first day, I heard something at my door and upon investigation, I was greeted by a brown chicken whom I christened as Chickadee. She was consistent about bringing her two gal pals at 3:00 pm daily and we had a hen’s party together As to why I didn’t give five stars? A couple of items: - Shower - I can appreciate the owners have made an effort to install modern shower heads and taps while maintaining the facade of a bush cottage bathroom. In saying that, there was nowhere to put toiletries such as a soap dish or shower caddy. They have pump dispensers of shampoo and body wash; however, if you want to use your own stuff then there isn’t anywhere to put it while you’re in the shower. Still on the subject of the shower and my main peeve: unlike most showers, which are on a base or have a lip to keep the water out, this shower had nothing of the sort. As a result, half the bathroom got flooded every night after taking a shower. The cottage is designed to hold 8 people (two queen beds and two sets of bunks) and I ended up using every towel in the cottage to clean up the water; I machine washed them in hot water afterwards and hung them out to dry rather than asking for fresh towels daily. - Rickety staircase - there’s a loft bedroom with one of the queen beds. However, the staircase felt very rickety and made me uncomfortable using it. I stayed on the ground floor in the room wit"

Halls Gap Tavern
"What a crap place. Wouldn’t recommend it to house a dog. This is the worst place I have ever stayed at. Do not book there. Can’t even get a feed until 20.00. I would rather stay in a car. We had booked for a week and left after the first night. DO NOT EVEN Ring them. It is crap"
Halls Gap Valley Lodges
"We recently stayed at Halls Gap Valley Lodges for three nights, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Their warm and accommodating nature truly stood out, and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. Every detail seemed carefully thought out, making it a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The location was excellent, and the ambiance throughout the property was delightful. Whether it was the seamless check-in process, the helpful recommendations, or the prompt service, everything exceeded our expectations. We were a large group of 35 people and we left feeling refreshed and genuinely valued as guests. A big thank you to the wonderful team at Halls Gap Valley Lodges for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommended! Kurbassi"

Wonderland Cottages
"Spent 3 nights at the Wonderland Cottages and could not have asked for a better place to experience the Grampians. Close to town, close to hiking and enough wildlife in the yard to make you never want to leave! We stayed in every night to eat and enjoy the fire. Everything we needed was right there. Hope to get back someday and would never imagine staying anywhere else. Matt and Danny are the best!!"
D'Altons Studios
"Beds comfortable. Backstop mountains lovely and plenty kangaroos to go around. Very clean and comfortable. Only small drawback was tight parking space. Lovely lady at reception made us feel welcome. More than sufficient dishes and facilities to go around. Perfect for our purposes. The bed was spacious and had electric blankets fitted. Warm and toasty with the bed holding the heat hours after blanket switched off. Swing heater/cooler fitted to wall and large television with wifi connection."
