這酒店衹能説是個典型的民宿，這地方真是深山裡頭，開車到了p1停好再換接駁車，但這地方麻雀雖小五臟俱全，不要期待有啥服務，到了是位亞洲女孩接待，把該告訴你的設施設備告訴你一遍，也幫你拎些行李，這路上開車三個半小時到酒店夠累的，突然見到個亞州臉孔瞬間也感到親切，要主動問她暖爐咋開，否則晚上清早特別低温，哪怕是10月初的奧地利！

這是一棟有300年歷史的在山上的小樓，我們的房間是簡約現代風格，有獨立的進出小門，管家也非常熱心，露台很有特色，看着湖景享受早餐的體驗真是棒極了。

Arnaque complète ! nous avons choisi un hotel calme dans un lieu idyllique et nous sommes arrivés dans un site de surtourisme où il n'est pas possible d'accéder en voiture ＞＞ nécessité de garer le véhicule dans un parking public à 1 km de l'hotel et prendre un shutlle bus municipaL Le site de présentation de l'hotel et les contacts telephoniques ne signalent pas du tout cela !... de plus le service est nul, les petits dejeuners under-basic. Le prix est TRES excessif eu égard à la qualité et les prestations délivrées

en Autriche depuis plus de 15 ans j'ai l'habitude d'une hôtellerie sans reproches. je réserve donc 5 nuits pour 1800€ au Hallstadt Hideaway . Le descriptif parlant de suites, j'opte pour l'appt Himmel. L'injonction de nous déchausser pour accéder à la chambre nous surprend . Certes Himmel donne sur le lac (vue superbe) mais la suite n'est rien d'autre qu'une chambre même pas immense avec une salle de bain sans WC séparés. Pas penderie dans la chambre ,un coffre sous le lit. Pas de table non plus pour poser un ordinateur ou prendre le petit déjeuner. Étonnés on nous répond que les clients apprécient le petit déjeuner au lit ... Il y a pourtant dans la chambre des verres, couverts qui supposent qu'on peut y prendre ses repas et pas de salle de petit déjeuner dans l'établissement. les photos ne montrant pas de table nous étions "prévenus" Il est inhabituel que les photos des sites soient contractuelles ... La literie est assez inconfortable nous surprend pour un établissement de ce standing affiché et de cette prétention : rien d'étonnant... matelas IKEA suranné. La salle de bain WC est froide. Un seul sèche serviette ne suffit pas. Mail il y a près de l'évier un sèche cheveux Dyson du plus bel effet ... mais pas de prise pour le rasoir ou le brosses à dents. Une tache de moisissure derrière le lavabo est en outre peu ragoutante. Même si une bouteille de champagne nous a été offerte, ce séjour laisse un gout amer.

The most amazing room in this characterful building with incredible views of the lake/ mountains and the picture perfect village. Stayed in the Holz room , extremely comfortable with a beautiful bathroom and well equipped kitchen . Staff were lovely and helpful . Would definitely recommend and would stay here again .

BE AWARE 😲 - the house is built in 1740 up on the hills! You need to walk uphill & steps with your luggage's to get to your hotel & your room. I wish in 1740th they were more considerate to build wide road for cars 😄 We went to Hallstatt Hideaway after attending a wedding in Salzburg, so our luggage's were bigger than if we had gone on a hiking trip. The village has strict rules and doesn’t allow cars / taxis. We were dropped 0.6 miles away in a parking lot - basically where most of the tourists were advised to disembark. Under normal circumstances 0.6 miles is a piece of cake, with a few pieces of luggage's then it's a Long March! You need to walk up the hills and go up steps... :-( Luckily my husband is a Cross fitter and we made it. We reserved the Royal Suit WALD. Once we entered the room, most of our frustration dissipated - the view from the four windows is breathtaking and just take your stress away... Now we are less upset about climbing all these steps! The living/bedroom is spacious, simply furnished but very functional. The bathroom is furnished with great working shower and a Dyson hairdryer. The view from the four windows just takes your stress away... Sandra is a wonderful host and so lovely! Although there is no front desk to speak of, we texted Sandra when we had questions or needed anything. She always got back to us right away. We enjoyed staying four nights in the Hideaway and explored the village. Thankfully at the end of night the bed was very comfortable, and we had good night’s sleep. The Hideaway is truly a beautiful hotel to stay. The staffs keep the place very clean. The only recommendation we have is that the hotel offers a service to help guests with their luggage's when get to / depart from the hotel.

Due to a family emergency we needed to move our trip, I spoke with the folks Hallstat Hideaway (Silke) and explained the situation, that not only were we unable to come to Hallstat, but we had to cancel our entire trip from Ireland to Vienna. I did not expect a refund obviously, but asked if we could do another date and we would pay any price difference. I was told in about 2 lines that no sorry we are not giving you a refund and we don't have to give you another date. I will obviously not be spending a further another 400+ euro at this place again, and I'll tell as many folks as possible not to visit also. Folks here do not care. Had the person who responded had even pretended to care, I might not be as disappointed.

Beyond expectations! Absolutely fabulous stay. Great location, privacy, spectacular accommodations and the breakfast was special and delicious. Highly recommend and would love to stay again. Charming town and above all, the level of service was outstanding!! Exceeded our expectations for our one night stay. Felt like home but in a fairytale setting with astute history. A true gem and a must experience. Appreciated every aspect and detail of our room!!!!

Breathtaking hotel villa with an amazing view and surroundings. I wish we could stay longer but this time we only stayed for 1 night. Our room’s window is facing the beautiful Hallstatt Lake. Room is very clean and spacious for 2-3 people. Most impressive is their friendly and helpful staffs/team members who look after the property. Overall, it’s a wonderful stay for us and we would love to come back here again someday….

We were only able to stay one night, but we will be back! Our room was wonderful with a magnificent view of the lake and mountains. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. It was equipped with everything that we could need. Amazing in every way!

This hotel is horrifying. No staff is ever around. No housekeeping around. Empty tissue boxes are not refilled. Cleaning is appalling between nights. Only staff we ever saw was someone helping us to check in. And the staff refused to fix the heating for us. We could only use the fireplace - we need to constantly add wood. If we don’t, it becomes very cold. It’s like we are doing hard labour in Serbia. Almost €400 a night, nothing is included. Breakfast not included. Parking not included. Sauna not included. This hotel is crazy over money, way too greedy. Totally ruined our experiences. If you do not want your holiday ruined, don’t stay here

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hallstatt Hideaway and I can honestly say it was an unforgettable experience. The apartment was a dream. It was immaculately clean when we arrived, it felt like new. It was really well equipped with super modern and top quality amenities. We used the kitchen a bit and even lit the fireplace, yes it has a fireplace! The view is spectacular over the lake and the magnificent mountains. The location was perfect, just steps away from the beautiful lake and the charming centre of Hallstatt. Tika, the host, was super friendly, helpful and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in the beautiful village of Hallstatt.

We stayed here two nights in August and really enjoyed the place. We had an upper level room with a hot tub. Our friends had a lower level room and there's was just a nice- I think all the rooms are probably great. The hot tub was nice as it was cold and rainy one evening and we enjoyed sitting out there. A couple suggestions for Hallstatt- dining options at night are extremely limited- consider making a reservation early if you want to eat somewhere. Also- I'd suggest staying here and then leaving during the day to enjoy the surrounding area. Halstatt is beautiful early in the morning and in the evening with the day trippers are not here. Get up early and enjoy the town. The buses show up around 8-9:00am and the masses or Russian and Chinese tourists overrun the town. We used the day time to go explore nearby areas of Sulzenalmen and Gosausee - both of which I'd highly recommend.

Absolutely great. Sandra and Niki fullfilled all our wishes and were the best hosts one can have. Super friendly, always reachable and very warm. The suites are incredibly beautiful and clean. The fireplace, private sauna and in some suites even a jacuzzi make it a very romantic place to stay for couples. Breakfast was awesome, prepared with lots of love and best of all delivered directly to our bed. Thank you for having us and making it such a lovely experience. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back ourself soon.
