Front Desk upgraded me to the top floor so I didn't have to worry about the sound anymore. This is a beautiful property, in a booming area of a growing city. "Fantastic new hotel with great staff, facility, location, and state-of-the- art suites. Spacious, comfortable, clean, and quiet. I had reserved with a nearby competitor for a 3-day work trip and was in area for a meeting, so dropped in to look at a room. Saw the Marriott Townplace Suites closeby and stopped there afterwards. Immediately could tell more attention to detail, more positive vibes, and more professional. Eric, the assistant GM, kindly showed me a room. I was very impressed. They also offer breakfast which the other suites-type location did not. I went home and changed my reservations. So glad I did! Marriott Townplace Suites is a jewel. It is more like staying in a new apartment with your every need anticipated and met. Thank you to Eric, Gabe, and the entire staff. I look forward to my next visit!"

"Je n'avais jamais séjourné dans un Econo Lodge avant, mais c'était seulement pour une nuit. Je n'avais pas d'espoirs élevés. Cependant, il semblait très propre, moderne et le personnel était très gentil. Il a la plupart des conforts de la créature comme un mini-frigo et micro-ondes par exemple. Ils ne servent pas de petit déjeuner ou ont une piscine. C'est bizarre, il sentait très comme des cigarettes tout au long des halls, mais pas à l'intérieur de notre chambre. Je ne sais pas ce qui était tout, mais il ne nous a pas vraiment dérangé, parce qu'il n'était pas à l'intérieur de la chambre, c'était juste étrange. En général, je vous recommande de rester ici si vous restez juste une nuit."

"Stay far away!!!! The worst ever stayed in and I’m not high class hotel person. Sheets were not clean, curtains torn and filthy, bathroom filthy, furniture broken, stains on walls like something was thrown at the wall, coloring with crayon pictures on the door, every inch of the floor and corners sticky and thick crud, smelled of cigarettes, furniture covered in a sticky film. Again I’m not picky and this was the definition of a flea bag flop house. Pay about 10/20$ dollars more and stay at another hotel. HORRIBLE!!!!"
