Le restaurant ne peut pas être évalué. L'hôtel offre un très bon service à un prix équitable. Les chambres sont propres et entretenues comme toute la maison. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon. Tout est frais et la riche sélection de très bonne qualité. Nous pouvons souligner le type absolument aimable de tous les employés dans les 2 jours que nous avons été ici. On a l'impression que tout le monde ici est aimable de faire le travail et apparemment adapté au climat d'affaires. Le parking est facilement possible sur le parking spacieux de l'hôtel. Le voyage au centre-ville de HH est possible sans problème car un bus (à la gare Rahlstedt de là avec le train à la gare principale de HH) se trouve juste devant l'hôtel, mais un peu compliqué et prend des minutes en fonction de la connexion 30-60. En conclusion, nous allons rester ici à tout moment.

Agréable hôtel, moderne, bon ambiance, bonne atmosphère, propre et confortable. Accueil rapide, tres bien et les gens qui travaillent sont professionnels. J’aime beaucoup ! Et je vais surement revenir!

Stayed in a single room, then switched to a 6 man dorm on the final night as it was Sunday and was expecting it to be very quiet. The single rooms are spartan and there is not even a chair, just some little stuffed stool. The issue in Hamburg is that accomdation is expensive in the city. For the same money, you could stay at a very nice 3 star hotel in many European cities! The 6 man dorm seemed quiet and ok, and then I noticed the issues. There were beer stains on the floor that acted as adhesive for my shoes. Crumbs and discarded sweet rappers in and around the bed. I had the room to myself so didn't complain. Settled for a decent night's rest. That's when someone came in at midnight (Sunday) and loudly stomped around, turning on all of the lights. They then took a shower and took their merry time settling into bed... For the price the rooms are not up to scratch. However, there aren't many ”cheaper” alternatives in Hamburg and the hostel (that charges hotel prices) know this. The check-in service was tedious and there's a queue at check in time. When I switched rooms to the 6 man dorm I said I wanted an early checkin to the that room if possible, and on the quiet side of the building (non motorway). They said no problem. Then, when I went to the room, it was of course on the noisy side. Went back and had to wait a couple hours longer before I could access the quieter room that I had asked for. The customer service is not great. They'll ask for your booking number even after you tell them your name. I did not feel like digging around for the number so I said my name and they searched for it (much to their distain probably).

Bien que ce n'était peut-être pas un hôtel de topnotch, nous avons pensé que nous avions une bonne valeur pour l'argent avec des chambres spacieuses et propres et un accès facile au parking (qui n'est pas donné à Hambourg)... petit déjeuner était aussi bien :-)

Après une visite des studios NDR sur la route Hugh Greene, nous sommes arrivés ici. L'enregistrement était excellent, très compétent et amicale personnel, nous avons rarement été si gentil et surtout rapide. Les hôtes ont été accueillis et ”checked” tout en étant un long coup. L'homme aimable à la réception nous a même choisi directement un bus avec lequel nous pouvions aller directement aux studios NDR. Les chambres Ils sont bien sûr petits, mais propres et la fenêtre s'ouvre, je trouve toujours bon si vous pouvez réglementer l'air frais. Le lit est seulement 140 large, vous auriez pu écrire dans la réservation. C'est déjà limité pour deux personnes fines mais grandes. Tout était propre et la salle de bain aussi bien entretenue et ordonnée. Le petit déjeuner était bon, avec la masse de personnes, mais un peu troublant. Mais ce n'est pas un point de défaut, c'est exactement ce qui est le cas lorsque l'hôtel est réservé. Nous avons pris le jour où Beyoncé jouait à Hambourg... Dans l'ensemble, il est très recommandé si vous avez à faire à la bordure de Hambourg ou à des postes, l'hôtel n'est pas central, Mais il est précisément pointé par le prix et la modernité et le personnel très bon! Il y a un parking dans le garage adjacent aux zones de l'hôtel 10EUR par jour.

Ideal für die Anreise mit der Bahn, einmal an Planten und Bloomen vorbei und man steht vor dem Hotel. Durch das vorab einchecken ging das Einchecken im Hotel sehr schnell. Es gab noch die Fahrkarten für den Personennahverkehr für die Dauer des Hotelaufenthaltes. Unser Zimmer im 11. Stock hatte den Blick auf Planten und Bloomen und die Alster, perfekt. Im Zimmer gab es einen Wasserkocher für die Kaffee und Tee Zubereitung. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich mit verschiedenen Brötchen, 2 Sorten Brot, Kuchenvariation, 4 Sorten Käse, 2 Sorten Camenbert, Frischkäse und verschiedene Salate, S*****en, Salami, Kochs*****en, Leberwurst, warme Würstchen, mehrere Sorten Joghurt und Quark, Eier, Obstsalat und Säfte und eine Spezialitäten Kaffeemaschine. Wir kommen gerne wieder, ideal für einen Aufenthalt zum nutzen der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, mit der Karte kann man auch die Hafenfähren nutzen.

TLDR: New aparthotel, near subway We stayed at Aparthotel Adagio Access Hamburg in June-July. Had a family studio for four. Everything is just like in pictures, this a brand new hotel (and it’s not in progress anymore). Our view was on subway side and it was peaceful. We had windows wide open on nights when kids slept and they didn’t notice anything. Location is not in the middle of everything, but it’s between two subway stations (Lübecker Straße and Uhlandstraße). Many visitors seemed to have their cars with them (there is parking space), but we were interrailing and this worked well for us, too. Check out 9 am day tickets! Stayed almost a week. There’s Rewe and Aldi supermarkets nearby and also restaurants (eg. Domino’s). The hotel has basic kitchen appliances + Nescafe machine. You can also loan other kitchen appliances (toaster, coffee machines, rice cookers etc) from the reseption. There is also free air hockey that you can play after 4 pm. There is a small gym (for free) downstairs and laundry machine (you need coins, 4 €/load). You get coffee and tea for free from breakfast area (even though you didn’t buy breakfast, we didn’t), but there’s milk (for latte, hot chocolate etc) only during the breakfast time. Only thing was that our room was next to elevators and the door before them is surprisingly light, and made a sound to our wall every time someone used it. And as we stayed a little longer and cleaning during the stay wasn’t included, it would have been nice if there was a vacuumcleaner or something to loan for cleaning (we loove Hamburg’s spielplätze and most of them have lots of sand….). But this are sooooo little, all of our family said 5/5 and want to stay again. All in all, good choice. Kids loved. Quiet place, good service.

Wir haben dieses tolle kleine Hotel in Neu Wulmstorf gefunden und haben uns sehr gefreut ein so schönes und geschmackvolles Haus gefunden zu haben. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sehr hübsch eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Obwohl unser Zimmer zur Bundesstraße lag, haben wir von der Straße, Dank der mehrfachverglasten Fenster, nichts mitbekommen. Im Zimmer steht eine kleine Nespresso-Maschine, so dass man sich morgens einen Kaffee zubereiten und ihn entspannt im Bett genießen kann. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls gut geschnitten. Die Dusche mit Glastüren ist groß und es läuft kein Wasser beim Duschen aus - was in vielen Hotels leider oft der Fall ist. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend, höflich und hilfsbereit. Da unsere Verwandtschaft in der Nähe wohnt, werden wir dieses angenehme Hotel sicher nun öfter besuchen.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Niu Yen. L'hôtel est très agréable de part sa décoration, l'accueil du personnel et son calme. Une fois dans sa chambre, on a l'impression d'être seul, même la rue de s'entend plus. Les équipements sont modernes (vous pouvez mettre de la musique via Bluetooth sur la télé). Rien à redire sur la propreté et sur la qualité de la literie. Le petit déjeuner est copieux avec beaucoup de choix. L'espace est, cependant, un peu restreint lorsque beaucoup de monde arrive pour se servir en même temps. Le personnel est à l'écoute et accueillant, nous n'avons pas eu de problème à communiquer en anglais, excepté pour donner notre numéro de chambre au petit déjeuner. L'emplacement est très pratique, à quelques minutes à pied d'une grande station de train/métro/bus et à une vingtaine de minute à pied de l'hyper centre. (Par exemple, il faut compter environ 30 minutes pour rejoindre l'aéroport avec un train direct.) Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

L'hôtel est tôt, mais dépassé. Pour moi, la chose la plus importante est que le lieu est tôt, donc la fatigue ne m'a pas trop dérangé. Cependant, ce qui m'a dérangé était que je n'ai pas eu une chambre à un niveau élevé, même si je l'ai demandé.
