Idéalement situé pour visiter le théâtre Schmidt ou Schmidts Tivoli, car il est parallèle à la Reeperbahn. Parking souterrain disponible avec des courbes un peu serrées, mais hall et clair. Petit agacement par le deuxième Premier Inn à proximité immédiate. La pression de l'eau dans la douche au deuxième étage est trop faible. Sinon, le prix et les performances correspondent bien, et le petit-déjeuner est également approprié à tous points de vue. Recommandé pour un court voyage dans la métropole de l'Elbe.

Tout était à notre satisfaction. personnel très sympathique. chambre propre. Petit déjeuner tout va bien.

Really enjoyable stay. In fact we extended the stay by 4 nights. The staff are helpful, the breakfast is good. The happy hour bar is great. Downside is no pool but most hotels close to reeperbahn don't have one either.

Good location easy to reach things on foot. Left car in parking garage found this a bit costly at 24 euro a day. Breakfast could be purchased at 15 euro and a bit. Nothing fancy plain breakfast

Muy buena ubicación, cercano a una estación de subte que comunica con toda la ciudad. Excelentes instalaciones y por sobretodo se destaca la amabilidad y eficiencia del personal, muy gentiles, serviciales y atentos.

Bon hôtel, bien situé, propre et calme. Pas vraiment de service, c’est la chambre le petit dej et c est tout. Le petit dej est moyen, les produits pas vraiment qualitatifs. Dans la chambre, pas de chausson, pas de fer à repasser ni de nécessaire de toilette.

Great location to explore Hamburg, I came over to watch a football match. Only a 10 minute walk to the stadium. The staff were very helpful and the room was Premier Inn comfortable standards. The free WiFi was better than the WiFi Ultimate I get in the UK. They only do breakfast and the breakfast is nearly €17, but it is unlimited. I would happily stay at this Premier Inn again, great price and great location.

For us a very good location near Reeperbahn and near a metro station. Small but clean room. Nothing fancy and a bit dated but still a good value. Very friendly staff even let us check in very early on the day of arrival.

Perfectly located, easy access to the underground system and minutes walk from Reeperbahn where all the cool kids hang out. Staff were amazing and very friendly, especially Neha. We spent 5 nights and had no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend and will visit again.

We had to cancel our booking for the Premier Inn next door due to train problems travelling up from Cologne. Premier Inn allowed cancellation up to 6pm on day of arrival, which is an excellent forward thinking move by them especially in the context of where we are in the world today. Back to the hotel we stayed in. I was impressed that they would donate the cost of the room service to charity if you chose not to take it. They then offered you a free drink if you took that option but we chose to donate that as well. COVID rules in place and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The room was a good size and I liked the winged back reading chair, as well as the complimentary tea and coffee in the room. The breakfast was excellent with a good selection of hot and cold buffet. The staff were friendly and ready to help especially the breakfast team. We usually use the IBIS hotel directly across the road on our visits to Hamburg but cant see us returning there if the level of service here is maintained. Value for money as well. Cracking location for the Millerntor stadium and the decent bars and restaurants in the vicinity

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel um den Hafen ,das Zentrum und die Landungsbrücken zu erreichen Bei Anreise mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen

Die Zimmer reichen zum übernachten aber mehr auch nicht. Dusch Abfluss hat gestunken, mit Handtuch abgedeckt dann ging es. Mit Sauberkeit hat es das Putzteam nicht so genau genommen, in vielen Ecken war eine dicke Staubschicht. An der Rezeption waren einige Mitarbeiter die nicht wirklich gut deutsch konnten, vielleicht gut für ausländische Touristen aber für Deutsche Urlauber nicht so doll. Wir haben das Hotel extra wegen der Terrasse gebucht ( da wir Raucher sind ) aber leider konnte man diese bei Regen nicht nutzen, weil nichts überdacht ist und man dann doch an der Straße am Haupteingang stehen musste. Da hätte ich auch jedes andere Hotel buchen können. Und der Zugang zur Terrasse ist auch nicht so toll, man muss durch den Frühstücksraum, wenn man eine rauchen möchte. Also lange Rede kurzer Sinn, wir würden nicht noch einmal kommen.
