Évaluations de Hotel Lumen am Hauptbahnhof

Pas très recommandé de rester. Vraiment mauvais. Vous devez porter vos bagages jusqu'à l'escalier à deux étages. Il y a un petit monte-charge noir là-haut. Très effrayant. La chambre était très, très petite. Pas sécurisé.

Au moment du départ, l'attitude du patron ne semblait pas très amicale. Et ce n'est pas un ascenseur complet

L'hôtel est situé près de la gare, il y a de nombreux restaurants et supermarchés devant la porte, c'est animé la nuit. Les installations de l'hôtel sont relativement anciennes et le rapport qualité/prix est plutôt bon.

Hôtel simple et propre près de la gare, parfait pour une halte en voyage. Le petit-déjeuner est disponible à l'hôtel partenaire Lumen, un peu plus proche de la gare principale.

Pour le prix, ce n'est pas grave si vous n'avez pas de grandes attentes. Pas de restauration à l'hôtel pour le moment

Il y a beaucoup de mendiants et de vendeurs d'herbe dans les environs

There is about 30 steps to the reception and elevator. This hotel is not suitable to people who can't walk so many steps. In the room is old carpet full of dust. Near railwaystation, very lively area.

Few minutes away from the bus/train central station so if ur getting to Hamburg by bus or train is convenient, if not I would recommend another area , coz it isn’t the best of Hamburg . The hotel is easy to find , room was spacious, clean and had everything you need in it . Comfortable bed and no noises from another’s guest making your sleep go smoothly. You can leave your luggage at the reception without cost if you arrive earlier , stuff is polite 24 hrs and has breakfast service if needed . Around the block many places to eat , get fruits in the morning .

Don’t ever book this hotel even though you get it for cheaper. I would really suggest pay a bit more and book another hotel. The owner or whoever the person on front desk is very rude, there is nothing provided in the room not even dental kit or iron and if you have to get one they say they don’t have any staff and you have to take it by yourself to your room, not at all corporative furthermore the hotel is just not as shown in pictures. I would strictly not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, I personally left my room and booked another hotel because I couldn’t handle the attitude of that man at front desk.

Clean and simple. The staff was friendly, and the room clean. I just wish to have a cattle for making some hot tea.

I had a great second stay at Hotel Lumen. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. There is a store room for luggage.
