J'ai séjourné ici pour la Saint-Valentin et j'ai passé un très bon séjour. Notre chambre privée avait une très belle vue sur les voies ferrées où l'on pouvait regarder et profiter des trains qui passaient. Le seul reproche, c'est que ça devient assez bruyant tôt le matin. La chambre était propre et avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Je recommanderais cette auberge / hôtel à tous ceux qui visitent Hambourg. L'emplacement en particulier est incroyable, nous étions à tout au plus 25 minutes de l'un des principaux sites touristiques de Hambourg. Je reviendrai A&O à l'avenir, c'est sûr.

J'ai séjourné dans une chambre simple à a&o Hamburg Hauptbanhof pendant trois nuits et j'ai bien aimé dans l'ensemble. L'auberge se trouve à environ 8 minutes à pied de la gare centrale et juste en face d'une gare routière. Dans l'ensemble, c'est pratique.

The service and location was good. Overall it was good for a few nights. The walls are quite thin so you can easily hear other rooms.

2 elevators work well. Sorry for my mistake in previous review I thought 1 didn’t work. I pressed the wrong button. 1 brings you down the breakfast area and the working space which look very bright, colorful and energetic. 1 brings you down near the Reception area. They sell coffee in the Lobby too. The housekeeping staff never cared if I put up the Do Not Disturb sign. He just opened the room without knocking. Another male staff the next day also knocked my door when I put up that sign again. They want to empty the trash daily. I used my nail and could take out the black mold in the shower room wall. They should brush the walls and brush the area around the drainage in basin. You can use the microwave, electric kettle and pan to cook your foods in the Guest Kitchen. Saw the laundry room but don’t know if that is free. Can walk for 2 km to visit the famous Elbphilharmonie. Get a free ticket at the entrance, go up the long escalator and view the city.

In general, I can say it is a good hostel. I just didn't like that there were no lockers in the rooms. I didn't choose the breakfast because it was a bit expensive.

There must of been a field trip or sporting competition in town because there were no less than 200 teenagers in this hostel! Haha, the room was fine, the bed was hard, the shower was hot, and the view (5th floor) was the other bunk bed rooms and some kind of meeting point for the pigeons. My window also faced the courtyard so it was loud outside my window well into the evening. All in all, it was a room that served its purpose, a place to lay my head.

This hotel is actually quite good. Located near the city centre which you have to take the bus for 2 stops if you do not want to walk. But the distance is walkable! Around 15 minutes which is acceptable. The hotel room we booked is a private room which is very clean and bright, overall we had a nice stay there. However, to be honest, it is a bit expensive. But overall okayyyy.
