Room basic. But nice large shower. Strange that the personel both at check in and leaving did not speak english. You should expext that at an international hotel.

A very good place to stay. I definitely recommend it for everyone

밤에 도착했는데 직원 없어서 한참 기다렸고 직원도 숙박료 모두 지불했는데 다시 지불하라고 요구해서 트립닷컴에 연락하니 그제서야 다 지불됬다며....몰랐다는데 진짜 몰랐을까 싶다ㅠㅠ위치도 살짝 위험한 동네처럼 보였다.

My 2 youngest children came out with my wife to visit me. The youngest of them is 6yo autistic non verbal and is still in nappies. From the very minute we checked in it was made clear that my son was being judged by the members of staff, in particular cleaners and the staff that organised breakfast. This was added by the bigoted guests who were staying here who thought it was acceptable to stare at my son and pass comment whilst he's having breakfast. My german is limited but one particular guest referred to my son as the german equivalent of a retard. Premier inn have ALWAYS made us feel welcome inclusive and not afraid but Premier inn Hamburg City Klostertor has totally done the opposite. Everyone at that pit of a hotel should be ashamed of themselves. I hope people read this and think twice before booking here

Everything about my stay was good. The staff was exceptionally friendly, the breakfast was amazing, and the location was convenient. However, the view was not perfect, there were no safe locks in the room, and a fridge was missing. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall experience was positive. The welcoming staff and delightful breakfast made the stay enjoyable. كان كل شيء جيدًا، فالموظفون ودودون للغاية، وكان الإفطار رائعًا، والموقع جيد. لكن الإطلالة لم تكن مثالية، ولم يكن هناك خزينة في الغرفة، وكانت هناك نقطة سلبية أخرى وهي عدم وجود ثلاجة. على الرغم من هذه العيوب البسيطة، إلا أن التجربة العامة كانت إيجابية.

As another reviewer has said, you know what you are getting with Premier inns. This is in a practical location close to S-Bahn stations and not that far away from the Alster lake and (if you are looking for places to eat) the Lange Reihe. Rooms are clean and comfortable (not much storage). We didn't bother with breakfast as there is a nice bakery a short walk away where you can get coffee and a pastry (though it's not open on a Saturday). We made use of the bar, although it can be a bit hit and miss about whether anyone is around to serve.

We were looking for somewhere cheap and cheerful to stay for a weekend in the City. There are quite a few of the Premier Inn hotels in Hamburg (and one just along the road from this one). Thankfully we opted for Klostertor...... The Hotel is 5 minutes walk from both Berliner Tor and Hamerbrook train stations. Perfect for getting to the airport or the city centre (central station is actually 2 minutes only from Hamerbrook). There is a supermarket near by and a well known fast food restaurant walking distance from the Hotel. The main entrance is very nice and welcoming, the bar/lounge area had a great vibe and there is a vending machine for late night snacks. The staff were all pleasant and helpful and most spoke English as well as German. Nothing was a problem for them and I was happy to leave good feedback on the compliment cards (they are in the bowl with the Haribo sweets mmm). We were on the 5th floor. Quiet room with 2 single beds we pushed easily together. Plenty bedding and a choice of pillows. A nice rainfall shower, hair dryer, TV, plenty hangers and tea/coffee stocked. The room was very clean and we opted to donate meals to those in need by not requesting a room clean during our stay (not sure if this was an initiative in Germany or just the city). Plenty hand wash, body wash and towels. Not a single complaint and the Premier Inn "mood light" on the bed was a cool, nice little touch. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean and tidy air con and lovely facilities. Added breakfast which was fantastic. Only downside the coffee in the rooms was undrinkable You know what your getting with a premier inn so that was delightful. Staff were kind and courteous. Highly recommended

Leider musste ich meine vorherige sehr gute Bewertung abändern, denn ich bin nun extrem unzufrieden. Dies ist mein dritter oder vierter Aufenthalt in dem Hotel. Ich war auch schon privat dort, weil es mir an sich gut gefällt. Bin aber in der Regel auf Geschäftsreise hier. Bereits beim CheckIn gestern Abend gab es Probleme und mir wurde CityTax berechnet, obwohl dies in meiner Kostenübernahme bereits inkludiert ist. Ich stand ca. 15 Minuten dort und eine der Mitarbeiterinnen sagte flapsig sie hoffe ich habe Zeit mitgebracht. Genau diese Mitarbeiterin rollte auch mit den Augen und sagte mir Wort wörtlich, sie hätte mir das schon dreimal erklärt. Ihre dazu kommende Kollegin dagegen war sehr nett und ich habe es dann einfach bezahlt. Ab heute habe ich dann noch eine Buchung und man sagte mir gestern ich könne im Zimmer bleiben und müsste heute früh nur kurz erneut die CityTax bezahlen. So ging ich dann heute Morgen hin und stand dort wieder mehr als 15 min. In diesem Fall waren aber alle Mitarbeiterinnen sehr freundlich. Eingecheckt werden konnte ich aber nicht, weil es angeblich nicht möglich war die Kreditkarte der Kostenübernahme zu belasten. Eine Lösung konnte in dem Moment auch nicht gefunden werden. Somit habe ich derzeit schlichtweg KEINEN Zugang zu meinen Sachen. Das finde ich befremdlich. CityTax wurde aber natürlich erneut bereits berechnet (obwohl das ja eigentlich alles gar nicht von mir bezahlt wird - da ich eine nachweisliche Kostenübernahme habe). Habe dann Kontakt mit dem Buchungsportal für meine Geschäftsreisen aufgenommen und sie können im Hotel absolut keinen erreichen. Ich weiß echt nicht wie sowas sein kann. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und unzufrieden. Schade. Ich werde wohl noch öfter in dem Hotel bleiben (vorausgesetzt das kann jetzt geregelt werden), da die Lage gut ist und ich die Zimmer an sich mag. Aber empfehlen kann ich es nicht, zumindest nicht für Leute, die entspannt einchecken möchten. Mit allen anderen PremierInn Hotels in Hamburg habe ich nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Vom CheckIn bis CheckOut.

Tolles Hotel für Geschäftsreisen. Zimmer hat eine super Größe, war alles sauber und das Badezimmer sehr modern. Konnte noch sehr spät einchecken, das Personal war nett und das Frühstück gut. Das Hotel liegt nah am Bahnhof, was praktisch ist. Ich bin zufrieden und komme gerne wieder

Super zentral gelegenes Hotel, saubere Zimmer und sehr freundliches Personal. Die 5minütige Fußläufige Sbahn Linie S3 ist perfekt um direkt zu den Landungsbrücken oder die Reeperbahn zu kommen. Einziges Manko: Parkhausgebühr von 25,-€ pro Nacht. Wir hatten Glück und einen kostenfreien Parkplatz auf der Straße ergattert.

Buchung wurde als Geschäftskunde nicht gefunden , so daß ich in Vorleistung gehen musste. 1 Tag später wurde es gefunden und ich sollte eine Rückerstattung erhalten auf die warte ich bis heute noch. Der Buchungs Prozess sollte dem Personal bekannt sein für Geschäftsfkunden aber anscheinend kriegen die das nicht hin. Meine Firma wird sich nach dem Eklat mit dem Hotel weigern mich da nochmal unterzubringen
