Hôtels près de ZCT GmbH, Hambourg

Stayed in a single room, then switched to a 6 man dorm on the final night as it was Sunday and was expecting it to be very quiet. The single rooms are spartan and there is not even a chair, just some little stuffed stool. The issue in Hamburg is that accomdation is expensive in the city. For the same money, you could stay at a very nice 3 star hotel in many European cities! The 6 man dorm seemed quiet and ok, and then I noticed the issues. There were beer stains on the floor that acted as adhesive for my shoes. Crumbs and discarded sweet rappers in and around the bed. I had the room to myself so didn't complain. Settled for a decent night's rest. That's when someone came in at midnight (Sunday) and loudly stomped around, turning on all of the lights. They then took a shower and took their merry time settling into bed... For the price the rooms are not up to scratch. However, there aren't many ”cheaper” alternatives in Hamburg and the hostel (that charges hotel prices) know this. The check-in service was tedious and there's a queue at check in time. When I switched rooms to the 6 man dorm I said I wanted an early checkin to the that room if possible, and on the quiet side of the building (non motorway). They said no problem. Then, when I went to the room, it was of course on the noisy side. Went back and had to wait a couple hours longer before I could access the quieter room that I had asked for. The customer service is not great. They'll ask for your booking number even after you tell them your name. I did not feel like digging around for the number so I said my name and they searched for it (much to their distain probably).

Agréable hôtel, moderne, bon ambiance, bonne atmosphère, propre et confortable. Accueil rapide, tres bien et les gens qui travaillent sont professionnels. J’aime beaucoup ! Et je vais surement revenir!

The doors bang a lot if not closed carefully, so forget a lie-in. Breakfast was chaotic, only one coffee machine with long queues, not enough cups, and not enough glasses for the juice. When asking for a glass (in German) I got a ”not very nice” reply, so I would book without breakfast and get one in one of the many bakeries you find everywhere in Germany with excellent German bread and good coffee at a third of the price, without queuing. Stayed here before, last time it was better.....

Très bien situé, car nous aimons marcher, sinon il y a une gare à proximité... Nous ne pouvons que noter le service de l'arrivée et du départ : très agréable, sympathique, on se sent bienvenu... très propre à l'arrivée, rien à redire environ, mais le papier qui tombait par terre entre les lits était toujours là quand nous sommes partis, il n'a pas été balayé ni aspiré... l'équipement est moderne, mais nous aurions aimé plus qu'une porte vitrée à la salle de bain, twar ça a l'air sympa mais très peu flatteur... Nous avons passé de très belles journées, nous choisirions à nouveau l'hôtel lors de notre prochaine visite, merci

Bien que ce n'était peut-être pas un hôtel de topnotch, nous avons pensé que nous avions une bonne valeur pour l'argent avec des chambres spacieuses et propres et un accès facile au parking (qui n'est pas donné à Hambourg)... petit déjeuner était aussi bien :-)

L'hôtel est tôt, mais dépassé. Pour moi, la chose la plus importante est que le lieu est tôt, donc la fatigue ne m'a pas trop dérangé. Cependant, ce qui m'a dérangé était que je n'ai pas eu une chambre à un niveau élevé, même si je l'ai demandé. Le petit déjeuner de la chambre était très bien, mais il était très bien, et il était très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien Il a été très chaud et épouvantable et il a duré longtemps. Les chambres sont très confortables et confortables. Le petit déjeuner était bon et la personne de la réception était très gentille.

Très bel hôtel. Moderne. Hyper clean. Une suite junior avec vue superbe sur la ville. Équipement au top : salle de sport, spa, une lounge en accès gratuit. Côté restaurant : cuisine essentiellement allemande. Côté bar : sympa au 11eme étage. Le matin : petit déjeuner / brunch remarquable à l allemande autour d’un buffet gargantuesque. Enfin et surtout un personnel professionnel et très à l écoute. Bravo. Ps : bien situé : à 10 mn de la gare à pieds. Idem du centre ville. Après et pour découvrir les docks et le port : marchez !! C’est très bon pour votre santé !!!!!

Der Aufenthalt war super. Alles sauber und ein cooles Konzept. Was mir persönlich lieber wäre, wenn ich die Stärke der Lüftung/Klimaanlage anpassen könnte. Diese ist auf Höhe der Oberkörpers beim schlafen und die Luft kommt teilweise ins Gesicht, wodurch ich mich erkältet habe. Das ist einfach Typ abhängig. :) Die anderen sind bestimmt standhafter.

TLDR: New aparthotel, near subway We stayed at Aparthotel Adagio Access Hamburg in June-July. Had a family studio for four. Everything is just like in pictures, this a brand new hotel (and it’s not in progress anymore). Our view was on subway side and it was peaceful. We had windows wide open on nights when kids slept and they didn’t notice anything. Location is not in the middle of everything, but it’s between two subway stations (Lübecker Straße and Uhlandstraße). Many visitors seemed to have their cars with them (there is parking space), but we were interrailing and this worked well for us, too. Check out 9 am day tickets! Stayed almost a week. There’s Rewe and Aldi supermarkets nearby and also restaurants (eg. Domino’s). The hotel has basic kitchen appliances + Nescafe machine. You can also loan other kitchen appliances (toaster, coffee machines, rice cookers etc) from the reseption. There is also free air hockey that you can play after 4 pm. There is a small gym (for free) downstairs and laundry machine (you need coins, 4 €/load). You get coffee and tea for free from breakfast area (even though you didn’t buy breakfast, we didn’t), but there’s milk (for latte, hot chocolate etc) only during the breakfast time. Only thing was that our room was next to elevators and the door before them is surprisingly light, and made a sound to our wall every time someone used it. And as we stayed a little longer and cleaning during the stay wasn’t included, it would have been nice if there was a vacuumcleaner or something to loan for cleaning (we loove Hamburg’s spielplätze and most of them have lots of sand….). But this are sooooo little, all of our family said 5/5 and want to stay again. All in all, good choice. Kids loved. Quiet place, good service.

Wir haben dieses tolle kleine Hotel in Neu Wulmstorf gefunden und haben uns sehr gefreut ein so schönes und geschmackvolles Haus gefunden zu haben. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sehr hübsch eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Obwohl unser Zimmer zur Bundesstraße lag, haben wir von der Straße, Dank der mehrfachverglasten Fenster, nichts mitbekommen. Im Zimmer steht eine kleine Nespresso-Maschine, so dass man sich morgens einen Kaffee zubereiten und ihn entspannt im Bett genießen kann. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls gut geschnitten. Die Dusche mit Glastüren ist groß und es läuft kein Wasser beim Duschen aus - was in vielen Hotels leider oft der Fall ist. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend, höflich und hilfsbereit. Da unsere Verwandtschaft in der Nähe wohnt, werden wir dieses angenehme Hotel sicher nun öfter besuchen.
