"The Scandia House Loft" was a labor of Love, it took two years to restore this former house of Pleasure. In the process of restoration we discovered old coins, whore house tokens, old newspapers ,wooden nickels and other artifacts. It left us with this beautiful place in downtown Hamilton, Montana over The Ponderosa Wine Bar and Bistro... we added a lovely 2nd floor deck with access to the roof top lounge with a fantastic view of the Bitter-root and Sapphire Mountains. You'll agree it is an enchanting place to stay...We look forward to meeting you all...About pets:No pets allowed.Case-by-case basis… Call me.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Adults only.Our stairs are not suitable for small children.About customRules:Absolutely no smoking we strive to have a smoke free environment… smoking in my property I’m going to back charge them $250 at the exit of their stay.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.On a case by case basis… No wild and crazy things.

Great place with a lot of character
Everything was great in the property. Craig was great and it’s nicely furnished with comfortable furniture. The kitchen was well stocked for our stay. Thank you so much!

Great apartment convenient to everything Hamilton
This is our 6th or 7th time staying here and it’s perfect for us. The hosts are great, leave bouquets of flowers and extra food in the refrigerator so it’s always so welcoming. The location is great at the corner of Main Street and Hwy 93. There is a Safeway across the highway for convenient groceries and lots of shops and restaurants in the downtown area.

Scandia Loft
It's the best 2 bedroom, 2 bath with all the amenities in Hamilton, MT..
I've lost track how many times I've stayed here.
Perfect location.

A spectacularly fun getaway!
The Scandia House was the perfect home away from home for 4 adults. In the heart of downtown Hamilton, all amenities are right there. Everything you need for your stay is included, and the two outside patios make for a lovely summer oasis to relax and take in the gorgeous views. Craig, the property manager, made us feel so welcome right from the start! We cannot wait to return!!

Great place
I loved this place! It was very clean and ready to live in. Food in the fridge and the historical aspect of this place was really cool. Craig was very helpful and I would stay here again.

Grand and Unique VRBO
A fantastic experience with a wonderful host. Convenient location, fun history and ambiance. Thoughtfully and generously stocked with supplies and amenities. The two tier decks are a fabulous addition. One of the more unique VRBOs we've stayed in. Give your travels a great story to share!

Main Street above Blodgett Canyon Wine Bar
This apartment is an amazing little gem in so many ways. Centrally located and an amazing place to stay. The apartment is in a building originally constructed in 1897, but the apartment has been wonderfully renovated while still keeping the original charm. Fantastic place to relax and unwind.
