My employees and I came back to the hotel after working for 15 hours straight to learn our keys didn't work (we rented 3 rooms total). Once we got the key situation resolved (after midnight when we all should have been sleeping), my room had someone else's property in it. When came down to the front desk, they told me that the room was given to someone else and that I only had reservation for one night... turns out I didn't my confirmation listed multiple nights and my room was given away. After a while, room was found for me on a completely different floor (away from the rest of the crew) and the room must have been the broken room kept for emergency since it was dirty, smelly and nowhere close to what I was forced to give up through staff's mistake. Called the manager the next morning after getting back home. She promised to investigate and call me back the same day. 3 days went by and nobody called back yet. To summarize - terrible customer service and hotel that should be rated as a 1 star (rooms are new but aged - filled with gold tvs, fridge, furniture. Bathrooms were not touched during remodel and they leak water all over and have not exhaust fans - do all the smells and steam stays in your room).
