Kitchen is stocked with all needed essentials like frying pans, lobster pot, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, cups and plates and more! There is a coin-operated washer and dryer in the common area at the back of the first floor. Enter through the first door around the back side of the house. This condo comes with 1 assigned parking spot that is available May 15- October 15. You'll find it on the left side of the house (if looking straight at the house from the front). Additional street Parking available October 15-May 15, and there is a paid lot on the corner of our street where you can park your car.
