L’hôtel n’est pas si mal mais côté accueil est très mauvais pour les étrangers car il n’ont personne dans leur hôtel capable de parler une langue étrangère donc la communication était très difficile

Not too bad. Quite clean. But a collection of disagreements: - An employees at the front desk took a picture of me with her own phone during the check-in process, which is barely legal. - There was a cigarette butt in the trash of my room when I moved in. - There are no free sleepers available. Instead, you can buy some for 25rmb. Being so stingy is a sign that the hotel does not really care about the customers. - At the breakfast, they dare calling "coffee" a drink that is everything but coffee. - They called me 30 minutes before the check-out time to ask me to leave...

It is an okay hotel to stay in—nothing to compliment on, but also nothing to complain.

I have stayed at this hotel last year and it was decent. Since then it has deteriorated a lot in terms of hygiene and service. My room was very uncomfortable. It was stuffy, the toilet smelled as if it hadn’t been cleaned properly and the shower looked horrible. I asked them to clean my room- when I got back it smelled worse than before and they just threw the sheet onto the bed without making it properly. The girls at the front desk are not very friendly or helpful either. I will never use this hotel again. 我去年一直住在这家酒店，它很不错。从那时起，它在卫生和服务方面恶化了很多。我的房间很不舒服。那里很闷，厕所闻起来好像没有好好打扫过，淋浴看起来很糟糕。我让他们打扫我的房间——当我回来时，房间闻起来比以前更难闻，他们只是把床单扔到床上，没有做好。前台的女孩们也不是很友好，也不是很乐于助人。我再也不会使用这家酒店了。

A good place in a nicw location. I had booked an overnight stay since i had a meeting the following day. Checked in at 10 in the evening and so far the Frontdesk was very accomodating

The service was good, with no issues. Cleanliness is top-notch. The only issue was that the food was not that great. The food was tasteless.

Ended up here because other hotels in the area were unable to host foreigners. Everything here was fine.

Nice hotel, very close to the bars. Staff is a bit strict so always take your passport with you or they won't let you in even after checking in.

Perfect location. All the visiting places are nearby. Well cleaned hotel. Peaceful environment. Subway stations are also very close to hotel hardly 1km. Recommend for international friends

Really enjoyed my stay here, the room was very comfortable and perfect for a short stay in the city. Location was convenience, close to a lot of tourist spots, although a bit of a journey from the airport. Would recommend if travelling for a few days.

Decent place to stay if you are on a budget. Many restaurants and western style bars around. The hotel is within walking distance of a subway stop as well as a shopping mall. Recommended for a simple night or 2.

The room is super tiny. Very warm and dark but in a good way. Bedding is nice but the AC..I don't know, it kinda works. The shower works good and I like the bathroom. Definitely gonna use this hotel again, the location is pretty cool and close to a whole lot of places. Officially my only go to hotel in Hangzhou forever.
