Would recommend if you travel to Hang Zhou.
I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and here’s my thoughts. Location is next to metro station and near to west lake and shopping malls.
The staff are attentive to details and they provide great service. The staff gifted me a hand cream during check out.
Room is clean and comfortable, you can choose your choice of pillow.
Will visit again if I travel to Hang Zhou

Great experience with this hotel. The Metro station is within 2 mins walk and some bus stations are nearby. It's within walkable distance to the West Lake shopping areas and Wulin night market. The room is clean, comfortable and quiet. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Nothing I can complain about this hotel.

Good location with easy access for train station. The reception did not informed me about my breakfast and I forgotten about it.

Overall experience is great. The amenities are good. They have plenty of water supplies. Lobby has a small cafe. The best thing to talk about is the location. Just a throwing stone distance away from metro station. Opposite of this hotel has Kerry mall, where i bought most souvenirs from the supermarket. Walking distance to west lake.
Ps: the towels are a bit dusty
