Zprime Hotel (Hangzhou West Lake Yan'an Road Hubin)

C'est mon deuxième séjour au Zprime, merci au personnel de la réception Sun Yi de m'avoir offert un surclas*****t gratuit en suite à l'occasion de mon anniversaire. Très satisfait de la chambre, elle a l'air toute neuve car c'est super soigné partout et surtout les sanitaires sont très hygiéniques. La salle de douche avec baignoire est spacieuse et je me suis vraiment sentie très à l'aise, un sentiment que l'on n'a pas vraiment dans la plupart des salles de douche de l'hôtel. Les frais de petit-déjeuner sont distincts du tarif de la chambre, mais rentables, de style petit-déjeuner rapide et le prix est très raisonnable. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est bon car il se trouve juste en face des célèbres quartiers d'affaires et commerciaux du Kerry Center et des magasins, il est très facile de s'y rendre car le passage souterrain se trouve juste à côté de l'entrée de l'hôtel. C'est un bon choix pour mes futurs séjours. Merci et prenez soin de vous... au revoir pour le moment.

Mais d'une pièce étrange car les toilettes et la douche étaient séparées et les toilettes étaient essentiellement ouvertes sans porte.

Again a more than satisfactory stay in the hotel...I came here many times, the room (an upgrade) big, clean and equipped with all necessary things including ironing items (for me needed). Location of course the best , if you have things to do in this part of the city (which in my view is the center of Hangzhou, esp. regarding the close Xihu and Kerry center). Will come back definitely.

Location is very good. Walking distance to Wuling night market, west lake, shopping complexes…. Metro station line 1 less than 1 min walk from the hotel. Staff helpful. Room clean and spacious.

The hotel is located near public transport, the entrance of the MRT station and bus stop are in front of the hotel. We went to the hotel by MRT directly from the airport. The underground MRT has convenient store and many restaurants. We go to all the popular tourist spots and shopping mall using the public bus. There is a big shopping mall opposite the main road, there are many restaurants and convenient store, all within the walking distance from the hotel. The air conditional system is functioning well, the temperature setting is very accurate. The reception area of this hotel is one of the best, it is like a small library.

service was good - the room does not have a telephone so you need to add them on wechat to communicate your needs. However they respond extremely fast and delivery of request smoothly done by their robot :) Room wise - value for money, the room was big for the price paid BUT some of the light bulbs weren't working so the switches were essentially useless... It didn't really affect our stay so we didn't highlight to the hotel. Note: TV works but basically can't watch anything lol Location wise!!! Really really convenient, it's 1 stop away from n77 shopping district and you can also walk to Xihu from the same metro station. If you have time, you can also walk to the mall opposite the hotel, it's a huge mall and can do some shopping there :) additionally it's also about a 18 minute train ride to East Hangzhou station!

The hotel room is quite spacious and clean. Check in and check out is very convenient and fast. There is a metro station and bus stop right in front of the hotel making it very convenient to get around in Hangzhou. Most importantly the price is very good.

Wonderful location. Just 1 or 2 metro station to west lake and 1 crossroad to walk to the Wulin night market. Not mentioned a lot of nearby famous shopping malls

So good that I stayed an extra day! Recommended hotel. Especially good value for money outside the weekend.
